Clean place. Good staff, just not too attentive when your standing at the country. Also don?t like the fact that straws,... utensils, and sauces, need to be asked for versus self service. If you don?t get attention, for when you need sauces, then yourfood starts getting cold. Lastly, is all this stuff behind the counter, because they do not trust her customers? Ordered 2 STEAK chalupas and 1 cheesy fiesta potatoes...got nachos instead of potatoes. They fixed that. Outside in my vehicle,... started in on the chalupas....chicken....went back inside and informed them. They basically ignored me and continued to processother drive up orders. My entire order made on June 4, 2022 was 100% wrong. Wrong meat substitutions, wrong items, everything. I am NEVER coming back... to the location in Newark, CA off of Thornton Ave. The employees are clearly lazy, have zero attention to detail, don?t careabout their customers, and don?t care to do their jobs correctly. I?ve NEVER had to write a review like this and the fact thatthe service here is pushing me to do it clearly means it?s all bad. I started to come to this place more often because the girls working at cedar location are terrible with the worst attitudes you... can imagine. The African American guy working here at night is really good. The only downside is when you order the chickenChipotle melt here, the cheese is never melted. At the Cedar location the only good thing about them is they always melted thecheese. If they can fix this they'll be much better. Read more

Purposely take as long as possible. Click make food on app and got there 10 mins later and still have to wait another 15 mins.
