Came on a Friday at 5pm just as they opened knowing it would get busy. You have to order using a QR code through your phone.... Once that's done meal came out quick and hot. Perfect for a cold November evening. Finding a parking spot might be tricky withso many other establishment in the same mall. Read more
I think one time is enough. I'd rather have traditional hot pot style. Mostly vegetables, fish cake, and noodles/rice. Beef/crab... is meh quality. Looks amazing though. Read more
Hot and fresh out the kitchennnn. My hot pot came hella loaded and barely had any space to work with but tbh I'm not complaining... LOL. I think it was just my hot pot but my burner was blazing for the entire duration of my dinner so I definitely burned all mytaste buds.... worth though! Fast service and filling portions. Ordering is done on your phone via QR code, which was convenient. The pot came out only 5... minutes after ordering, and the lit fire under your pot ensures that the broth stays hot. I came for lunch on a Monday, and therestaurant was about 60% full. The service was helpful but generally left you alone unless you needed something, which Iappreciated. My lunch totaled $26 including tip, so prices have definitely gone up over time but the portion was so filling Icouldn?t finish all of it, especially because they give you extra starch/carb for free (e.g. rice or noodles). There is garlicsoy sauce and hot sauce at each table. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend for those craving a good,filling, customizable pot. Read more
Got the vegetable pot. Good, hot but... got the mild which is the lowest heat and still had my nose running. I do not have a... stuffy nose so this tells me it's still a little to spicy. Other than that, it was good. Service was quick too. Read more
Wow. What a gem. I came here for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised about the portions and the items (rice and tea) that came... with the lunch menu. You order your food via QR code, and I choose the beef soup, mild spice, with rice and black tea. Theblack tea is sweet and chilled. That was a nice contrast with the hot soup. Now for the soup, they have a soup bowl on top of abox that has a heating element. As you eat your soup gets hotter and hotter and the ingredients start taking on the flavors ofthe both. Let me tell you, they pack the bowl with lots of meat and veggies! I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the price. Ihighly recommend you give this place a try. Read more
