My experience was not the best, our glasses were dirty, I had to wait for my creamer and sugar while my coffee got cold. I asked... for plastic silverware more than 4 times and did not receive it until my food was cold and management was not helpful to solvingour problem. The bartender also had a bad attitude. Every time I order curbside they don?t come out. Even after you call to tell them your spot they don?t come out. Today I waited... 20 mins for my food to turn out cold. Also they forget your sauces and utensils every time. If they can?t do curbside bc it?sbusy or something why not just stop offering? Read more
I have to admit I read the reviews and was considering not coming; but I served many years ago and remembered only miserable... people leave bad reviews and I'm not... that. Also I live across the street and gas prices too damn high (Vladimir Putin has todye????????) but I digress Nate our server was attentive and kind and fast.. even before i told him I wrote quirky reviews. Myribye was perfect and not overly seasoned. I actually like the taste of grilled steak, so I appreciate their use of the garlicbutter and salt and pepper. My daughter loved her Alfredo and the bartender did not disappoint. What I really noticed tho washow the locals all knew the staff; and each other. It felt more like a neighborhood diner than a chain restaurant. *would'vebeen 6 stars but my 10 year old said the paper towel dispenser said something about his mother. Smh shameful???? Applebee's has always been hit and miss for me not really a huge fan. But we went there and it was the same not great I got the... macaroni and cheese chicken tender bowl and it wasn't cheesy abs there was some strange syrup on the bottom of the bowl. Ourserver Nate was awsome though Read more
Am a regular customer wherever I go. But today it was a little different. French onion soup was half portion. Chick and shrimp... were dry and smaller than usual. The table was broken and I almost spilled my beer. Not a complaint, the service was great asusual, clean and friendly service. Its just a note the manager or the person in charge to make things better... always 20% tipsor more due to very good service. Other than that... would've been straight 5 stars. Read more
2 guys working the front didnt know how to seat tables. At least 6 servers working and more people we're leaving than being... seated on a Saturday night. Just didn't know what they were doing. Food was good and hot. Server was very good. Read more
