The Salad was best thing there. Instead of the honey mustard dressing I got ranch. The fried shrimp and fries were also very... delicious. I also really like coleslaw all the flavors were there. My least favorite thing was the mac cheese. I would give it a6/10. Compared to everything else it was not as good. I also really enjoyed the Oreo milkshake and the mango strawberrysmoothie. Food was good/ average but not hot. I ordered curbside through the online website. I followed all the instructions and notified... them through the prompts when I arrived. I got there several minutes before my food was due to be done to make sure I'd be therein time. 10 minutes after my food was due, it never came. I called the restaurant and they told me it was done and ready forpickup inside even though I ordered curbside because I had my dogs with me. They did finally bring it outside, but by then itwas soggy and not hot. Read more

Great experience with this place. We stopped at the Applebee's on Wilton road. Horrible. 2 waitresses standing by POS a hostess... holding up a hostess stand and no manager in sight. And 45 mins wait with 2 table 1 four top and 1 2 top. So we left... TheApplebee's finally stop at people's plaza was everything we were looking for great server the manager was everywhere helpingout. Unacceptable. I asked for no tomato for a reason, not only was there a tomato but it sogged the entire bottom of the bun. To... top it off, I asked for no pink, my whole burger was pink and super greasy. I'm allergic to tomato, why ask us to customize ifyou aren't going to follow??? Read more

UPDATE: Google asked me to update this, so I am. Went there this evening because the unpacked burger restaurant next door tried... telling us 10 - 15 minutes for seating. We never have this issue here at Applebee's. My son got the Bourbon Street Chicken andShrimp with a French Onion Soup, while I got the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger and the Perfect Margarita. I thought my stuff wasgreat, my son liked his, but felt they were operating a bit slow. He may have been right this time. Either way, they're stilldoing a way better job than the inferior quality burger restaurant next door where I USED to be a loyalcustomer. _____________________________________ Well, I've gotta hand it to them. It's snowey here today (yes, 2 days intospring) and while most places are closed, Applebee's is open and they got our food to us quickly, despite being short staffed,and it tastes great.
