Horrible rude customer service.Workers always arguing, especially the black ladies.Always out of food.Covid really did a number... on this store.At least hire some decent workers.Those workers are unemployment seekers.Disappointed in the owner and managers.Only good worker is the Hispanic lady. Very disappointed, not the usual good food I've gotten from Boston Markets. Not sure if it was the location or not but #1 they... weren't very friendly #2 they were out of most things on the menu, and have very few sides to choose from #3 on thier drinkmachines everything had a sign that said out of order and the only drinks available were Coke & Sprite. We had to ask forutensils and napkins and to top it off they had no Butter for the corn bread. I love Boston Market but I doubt I'll be returningto one, especially this one for a long time. Read more
this is the worst boston market I've been too in the tristate area. I regulary patronize boston markets and this is sad. this... location is almost always out of everything but rotisserie chicken and sides. (ive notice it happens to a lot of stores lately,is boston market dying?) just visted 10/7 and they were delivering supplies bought from another store. Read more
Visited a month ago In my travels, this place was very unkept, and they completely didn't have any drinks, and the bathroom... looked something out of a creepy movie. Luckily my children were very hungry. The staff however was very friendly. The ceilingsare very dusty...Not sure how this place is still in business. Read more
I had a catering order for a party in with them for about a week. 5 mins before pick up, I get an email telling me my order has... been canceled. I called the catering number only to be told my order couldn't be fulfilled because they didn't have enough foodto fill the order, for about 10 people. I had to try and get a plan together 2 hours before my even. I will never cater withthem again Read more
Terrible Boston Market. Don't get the rotisserie chicken tenders. They were cold, chewy, and nothing like the picture. Place... was dirty, and out of supplies. Manager at the time was unprofessional. Him and the worker behind the counter put on showwhich was to lead all us patrons that they were going to fight as the manager rushed behind the counter to chase down theworker! Are you joking? No corn dont know the difference between chicken and beef gravy. It hurt me to watch them try to work? I can... cook serve and clean up for 55 people (deaf children) faster than it took the boy to get a box of gloves, then remember that heneeded a glove on one hand...it took two employees, with coaching from the cashier, to put two meals together while the manageryucked it up with the staff instead of dealing with click milkers...I could go on but my cold food is getting colder. Shame it'sthe only Boston Market around! Where is Corporate???? You guys are the problem if you lead they will follow...No leadership, nocorn, no business....dam shame ladies and gentlemen.. Read more
