Incompetent staff and management. They could not figure out simply changing the ghost pepper whopper patty to an impossible... patty and decided to go the most ridiculous roundabout way that ended up costing double the price. **ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU PAY BY CARD** I came there 2x for a simple order . First time I was charged $30 for a single... combo meal medium. They did resolve it once I came in . The 2nd time once again I was charged $20 for a single combo meal.Either the employees need to be retrained on the register or someone is doing something "fishy" there. The food tastes good. The service wait time longer sometimes than usual. But a little patient worth the food you like to eat.

Charged me for a whopper meal when I said jr whopper meal. There employee switch my sandwich to the right one but the manager... had a attitude and didn?t want to hear it. She refused to refund the money of the difference. This happened 08/19/22 between2:30pm-3:00pm. Must be nice to steal money from a customer and have no customer service skills to call yourself a manager. Read more

Had a really great experience here recently. The employee taking the order at the drive thru was very friendly and... understanding, didn't rush me at all when I had a hard time reading the coupon code. The whopper and fries I got were warm allthe way home too. Read more

They handed me the wrong bag, and I started to pull off, but they acknowledged they made a mistake. They apologized for the... issue, and handed me my correct order. I hate to say anything bad about services provided by others or stores, but this place has no interest in getting your order... through or even care that costumers are waiting for long periods of time on either placing a order or getting one. Dining in isclosed but has nothing to show you that Dining is isn't available. Drive through is absolutely nonexistent. Employees on theirphones and seems to not care about the consumers trying to get their order. U can see that they don't care if u are waiting longtimes or not. Seems they pay more attention to each other and being on their phones then getting orders out and costumers atleast somewhat satisfied. I think corporate or management needs to revisit this place. Will not return. Left without evengetting my order in because it was 30 minutes or more waiting in line of drive though. Read more
