Went to the new location at the mall. Started out a little rocky with no one taking our drink order and the wait time was... interesting considering we made a reservation. Honestly though, Jonathan was AMAZING. After he realized that no server had comeup to us he apologized and I really appreciated that. He was the only server who was attentive to us and made sure that we hadwater and offered to check on our bar order for us. He is absolutely amazing and a true asset to this restaurant. Also I find itinteresting that they all have to share tips yet I wanted my tip to go to Jonathan who was the only server attentive to us. ButI really appreciated his attitude about being a team and he wouldn?t take money away from the rest of them for his own gain.What a great a person all around. Read more
While we enjoyed our meal and service, the food was good, but not as impressive as the CS Steakhouse in Charleston, SC. Their... could have been a better selection on the salad bar, dressings for the salads made a great mystery guessing game (none labled). Like Forrest Gump would say, Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what your going to get. In fact , nothing wasmarked on the salad bar cheese or otherwise. The meat served was good, but definitely a mystery dinner theater at the saladbar. Would I recommend, slightly yes, room for much improvement. Would I eat here again possibly, but wouldn't frequent often.If it were like the CS Steakhouse in Charleston, SC I would frequent weekly. Here, maybe once a year. Just a little dissapointfor the $118 price ticket for two being a dinner mystery, and that was with only drinking ice water with our meal. Read more
My husband wanted to come here for his birthday. The food was good. They always have a great selection on their salad bar and... hot food station. I asked the server for something special to celebrate my husband's birthday and she allowed me to choose adessert and they attempted to write "happy birthday" on the plate. As costly as this restaurant is, you would think they wouldat least spell "birthday" correct. LOL We laughed and hey, that will be a great "birthay" memory for him. Read more
If you are in the mood to try something slightly daring and like meat, then this place will enhance all your senses. Pleasant... and welcoming atmosphere with skilled staff. Everything you can eat at the salad bar next to various slices of steak, ribs andlamb chops equals winning combination. Stopped in with friends on a Friday night. We had been before but it had been a while. Our server was friendly. It was a typical... Brazilian Steakhouse experience. Lots of meat and a salad bar experience. There were a couple issues along the way. It took usnearly 45 minutes to get the bottle of wine we ordered. We were several courses in by the time we got it. Several of the meatsthat would normally be included were extra due to an apparent severe increase in meat prices. The meats were good overall. Thebacon wrapped filet was the best and the pork was the one we would skip next time due to being dry. We enjoyed our time and allthe servers did a nice job. If you like meat it's worth checking out. We made reservations and they were accommodating to seat us at a larger table. Drinks came out quickly and we hit the salad bar.... The selection was good with lots of fresh options. My wife decided to get the three meat sampler instead of going with the fullmeat option. The servers came around with various meats as expected. Some were good like the bottom sirloin and the ribs. Otherswere way too overdone like the bacon wrapped chicken. 45 minutes went buy and we had asked multiple servers about my wife'smeal. They said the pork was going to take time so it would be done shortly. Another 15 minutes went by and we asked themanager. She said 5 more minutes. Another 20 minutes went by and the owner was by our table. We explained the situation and shecomped the dish. It finally came out an hour and 40 minutes later. When the check came, they had charged us for 2 full mealsinstead of the salad bar option my wife had. They quickly corrected the mistake. Overall the place wasn't bad but I thinkbecause no one is assigned to a specific set of tables, things get lost easily. If they had 4 servers with assigned tables and 4runners, I think things would possibly be a little smoother. Read more
Super great place. Service was the best we've ever had, Johnathan was our server and he was super friendly and was super quick... with any requests we had. Price was to be expected for a Brazilian Steakhouse, $60 per person for the meat experience, but youcan be there for a while so definitely worth the price. Staff was also super kid friendly. We brought our son and every serverinteracted with him at least once, and even brought him is own little plastic dish to play with during our stay. Will definitelybe coming back to this location!
