Done with Domino's pizza, I placed my order on line at 10:05pm they are open till 12pm..app was open took my order and... payment..Then at 10:10 I get a call that tells me I will not be getting my order unless I want to pick up. We waited 2 hours for pizza. No pizza came. We called the store. After 8 minutes of waiting for an answer, they couldn?t find... our order. We were told they were very busy and they were sorry. We asked for compensation and were told no. We could waitlonger or cancel. After two hours of being hungry and waiting. No discount. Read more
First I?d like to point out that I understand that working in the food industry isn?t glamorous, but it?s where I started in... catering in high school and then a line cook in college. That being said I try to give grace?I?m saying that my gf ordered apizza at 4:57pm. It said it was prepped via the app?I get off work 5:45pm. She tells me the tracker hasn?t moved. So I callat 6pm to being told that the pizza is ready and they are waiting on delivery driver to get back to send out. Okay?so we waitanother 45 minutes. NOTHING?so I call I get placed on hold (they put the phone on the counter) then it disconnects after 10 min. I call back. She says oh ur pizza is going in oven right now?and that they are still waiting on the driver. That it will beanother half hour until it will leave the store. So we are waiting and now it says that the tracker says it?s baking!? Ithought the app was broken?there is a difference of handling a situation and being upfront with the customer vs snowing me over. There was no offer to try to help compensate for this whole dilemma. Needless to say next time we will order Chinese like wefirst thought too. Still here waiting for the pizza. Read more
It took almost two hour before our order was "Baking", we called and were told the order was on its way out the door when it in... fact wasn't. We were waiting outside the store soon after only to see the tracker correctly reflecting the order as it wasleaving the store well after the store employee on the phone told us it had left the store 40minutes prior. I then tried callingthe store 4 times to contact a manager and was hung up on. Finally decided to just go to the store and the issue was not takenseriously, assistant manager tried excusing it and told us not to order from that location anymore since they always are busywhich wasn't the issue. We are appalled that they would lie to us not once but twice over the phone, but also once to my face.If we ever order from there again we will be doing carry out only. I hope Kenneth gets compensated for any tips he may have lostdue to coworkers not being truthful. I should have asked for a full refund but I didn't hope this is taken as a learningexperience. Always such awful service.. Manager is very unhelpful and has an attitude while trying to find a solution, always gives the same... excuses (which never makes any sense -coming from someone who works in the food industry) The food always takes at least 90minutes to arrive, yet they tell you 40-50 minutes max. The order is constantly wrong, and the food always arrives cold. I neverhave problems with any other dominos locations so avoid this one at all costs! Worst order/delivery experiences I?ve ever had. Scott is the bomb. He apologized for the delivery delay (which was only like 15 minutes from the time it said the pizza came out... of the oven) as he was the only driver working but the pizza was still hot and delicious! Such a great and friendly guy. He mademy night. Thank you Scott!! Read more
Waited 2 hours on my food. To only find out my delivery driver got pulled over. Literally my food smells like vomit. My pizza... boxed is decently squashed and I didn?t even get the cinnamon twists I ordered instead I got garlic bites. IM NEVER ORDERINGHERE AGAIN Read more
Awesome Crew , I messed up my own order with a different date. But Saddy fixed my order and gave me the pizza in 15 minutes.... Life saver on Halloween. Excellent customer service and great employees. I will be back soon Read more
