Very bad experience! Delivery. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and boneless wings. My pizza came lukewarm and when I went to bite... into it, there was a long strand of HAIR!! If you don?t think it gets worse it does. The boneless wings were pink in themiddle, and the delivery driver had an attitude with me! I order from here at least twice a month. The worst service.. we ordered online and waited 2 hours.. and when we called them ( connected after 40mins being in line) ,... they asked us to pick it up. When we went there, they said our pizza is not ready!!! Ridiculous.. all this time 2hrs and 40minsand despite of paying for home delivery, we went to pick up and got to know they did not make it! How in the world Dominos gotso reckless about their customers... i do not recommend any one to this place..! Pathetic.. dissapointed.. ridiculous answers..infact we were threatened (racially) . Very poor customer service skills. I?ve had pizza delivered stuck to the box, bread bowls half empty with no garlic sauce on... them and overcooked pizza in the past and I let it go. But today I ordered online. I ordered a deluxe handmade pan pizza andsome other items. When the order arrived the deluxe I ordered only had sausage on it. I called the store, was put on hold, hungup on and had to call back. The man that answered had extremely poor customer service skills. I told him the mistake and heasked me if I wanted to reorder the item. I had to tell him the complete item order over again instead of my order being lookedup. No apologies for the mistake. Didn?t tell me how long it would take. When the order arrived it was contactless and was justleft at the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I don?t even know how long it was out there. I worked as a managerfor a pizza place for over 8 years. I can honestly say this is not how mistakes should be handled. Do better! Read more

Today when I called dominos, the gentleman who picked up the phone was obnoxiously rude. It was a gentlemen who picked up the... phone. It was around 4-4:30 on July 14, 2022 at the Salem village location in newark Delaware. All I wanted to know was thespecials for the day. He got an attitude and told me to look them up online or to come in because he didn?t want to read themoff. He could of easily read off the specials. I thought if a customer asked about a price or special, that an associate isobligated to help them out with the question at hand. It would of taken less than 20 seconds. My phone doesn?t have any moredata, so I couldn?t do it at the time. But that shouldn?t make a difference. That was totally rude. I didn?t ask for the wholemenu. I was nice and courteous towards him. I?ve been going to dominos for years but something like that makes me not want tocome any more. Somebody really needs to take to him. That?s horrible customer service. Read more

I think tasting the pizza and garlic cheese bread, they both felt undercooked and undersauced inside them. Its not at par with... other domino's store I have tasted in past. Read more

I?m annoyed with this location. It?s understood to be busy but I picked up my food not had it delivered, I arrived an Hour later... and my food was not there! (Great) apparently the delivery driver mistook my food . At this point I had to wait for my food tobe made so I decided to wait inside. As I waited I noticed No one wore a mask no one wore Hair nets!! I mean it?s the hair netfor me! That?s basic principle. I mean they do this at WAWA. As I?m watching they are working well and quickly but thatseriously bothered me.. the only person whom wore a mask was the person taking orders. People making the food talk back andforth with each other and again it?s what you don?t see .. all the spit coming out while speaking we never noticed til covidwhich is why we were a Mask! To annoy me even more I ordered a cookie brownie or marble cookie idk .. and when I got home (bc atthis point I was fine being there so I left after given my order) my cookie is burnt to the point the edges where black fromoverly toasted!!
