I went in there today around 10:45am to 11:am and the Lady was very unpleasant this is not the first time , I stop going there... for a long time since I had an appointment I decided to give it a try NOPE same lady again and than there was an employeemopping or sweeping behind the corner which I find disgusting while the donuts were out in the opening not sealed or covered...What happened to the older guy and lady that were always so pleasant, respectful ???????? and sweet. I love the guy in the afternoon and evening . He makes my iced coffee and sandwiches perfect. Now if I go in before he is... working its a totally different experience-orders are wrong or items missing and iced coffee not even close to the same. Theyoung girl working there could care less. Today I ordered my coffee and asked 2x for doughnuts she just ignored me as she was tobusy talking to a co worker.The same girl who last week didnt even make my sandwich for an order placed on their app. Then whenI asked for it she made it wrong-3 ingrediants and she made it wrong -come on. Yesterday ordered 2 sandwiches both wrongagain. Guess they dont need more $$$ and make the sandwich the way they want it. Today ordered a sandwich with no egg. Flithy store (tables, floor, windows). I asked if a table could be cleaned I was told they will clean at later time. Staff are... wearing masks but not covering both nose and mouth so whats the point. Staff were trying to force a customer with a large donutorder to purchase "filled with pride"donuts. She was visibly upset by it and he continued to insist. Staff members were rude andshort with incoming customers and how do I know because my order of 3 sandwiches and two drinks took atleast 5 mins. Wouldn?t be bad if they seemed like they cared about your order or the customer. They ask you what you want then wonder off,... while your trying to place your order. Causing them to have to keep asking what you want or you just don?t get it. Check yourbag before leaving. Read more

The donuts were fresh! I was happy. Someone should know what I mean... Many of the sites have diminished quality - especially... fresh donuts - in recent years. It was a pleasant surprise to not have to ask for a fresh(er) item. Enjoy your next visit. Read more
