Ok I will say before hand they offered me a free meal but honestly I will not order from 5 guys anymore after this. I requested... a delivery order and everything was great except my grilled cheese. The company did nothing and when I did call the store I waspassed off 3 times. First person did not even answer the phone properly. The answer was more like the work phone was a personalphone. I had to make sure I was calling five guys. I had my order number but the person on n the phone was say my credit cardnumber out loud multiple times and then said "I need to write it down". I just said forget it because so many things wrong withthis experience that left a worst impression for me. I am going to have to keep a eye on my credit card now due to this and allI wanted was bacon on my grilled cheese sandwich. Twice Ive ordered 90 minutes in advance on the app. Twice ive come in to pick up on time while on my lunch break, twice Ive had... to wait 15 to 20 minutes after my pick up time for them to cook it and give it to me. The second time I tried to speak tosomeone and the guy at the counter pretended he couldnt hear me asking politely to talk to him when he was just wiping down thedrink machine. Absolutely amazing!!!!!!! My favorite and the closest one to me is about 45mins away but is well worth it!! There is no other... burgers like this and they're fries just top it off!! My whole family agrees and granted the prices are very high I'd say it'sworth it! I wouldn't mind the prices to.go down but again u definitely get what you pay for! A million stars ???????? Read more
Not great. Cashier was not friendly but did his job. The main issue is if it takes 10 minutes for food to come up, the pick up... area becomes way way way too crowded and nobody can maintain distance. Realistically, 5? for flavor, 5?for staff friendliness, but 3? for value. I understand the times we are in, but over $10 for a... double cheeseburger is getting to the point of not worth it. I go way less often, because of the value. Nearly $20 for theburger, fries, and drink. It's more than enough food, but a lot of $. It gets a little better if you can share a little fry anddrink with someone to defray cost, but you're still looking at $28-30 for two people even with sharing. Still the best burger tome and the fries are near the top, depending on if they get seasoned or not, which can be hit or miss. The Coke remix machinesneed some work though.
