They seem to be out of everything yet they are not allowed to tell you upfront. We tried to order drinks and were told "out of... strawberries" so picked another drink "no blueberries" "No matcha". Maybe they should just have a sign with all the things theydon't have? I suggested that and they said the boss doesn't like that. We left. It's too frustrating to look at the menu andthen order and then told you can't have it then have to go back to the big menu again to look and back to try again with anotherdrink. Wasted our time. Horrible customer service. The young man that was suppose to be serving customers is sitting in the seats outside the counter as... there was a line forming. He then strolls over to the guy in front of me takes his order. When it?s my turn he just looks at meand says nothing. No hello, how can I help you. When I said hello he rolled his eyes. Horrible customer service. Employees are lazy, use foul language and lie to customers. Employee stated they don?t make bowls... after 7:30pm. When asked about filing a complaint he said he was the district manager and that I had to come back tomorrow toget the number to file a complaint. I submitted a complaint online. Read more
Almost always out of some ingredients and incredibly slow service any time I go. Today with no one else in line ahead, it took... over 10 minutes and they made the order wrong. Read more
Terrible. Actually felt sorry for the lady working there. She was very apologetic about being out of strawberries and mango. I... only wanted a carrot juice?..she said the juice machine hasn?t worked since she started working there. Pathetic. Read more
The absolute worst the employees have their air pods in so they can?t hear and then one was vaping on her pen behind the counter... after saying with an attitude that they called my name multiple times and I didn?t come after I simply asked if the coffee Iordered was done. I was standing right next to the booth, never once heard them say it. I thought the customer service wasterrible but at least I got my drink and brushed it off to then try it and it tasted nasty I got my husband to try it to see ifhe wanted it so I?m not wasting money but he even thought it was bad so I threw it away. Tried this place for the first time recently. They offer many healthy options and mixes. I bought a smoothie bowl called the... island pataya. It was prepared with strawberries, bananas, granola, blueberries and honey as toppings. The bowl was a niceportion size and really good. I'm looking forward to another one whenever I'm near the mall area. Read more
Based on my experience today and on the many 1/5 reviews posted here over the past few years, it?s obvious that things have... still not changed. The management either does not care to or they are unable to find quality employees. I?ve had the samesmoothie that I had today at other locations in different cities; never has it tasted so unpalatable, and never has it been sowatered down with ice. The employees seemed very lackadaisical and in a different world. I don?t blame the employees per se;they?re just kids. It?s their employer who should be blamed for substandard training. I understand the labor shortage and dearthof quality out there. But at least train your employees well; they are the face of your brand. Don?t just hire anybody with apulse and let them represent your brand. Take these reviews seriously. It?s not one or two reviews, it?s an overwhelmingmajority. If you, as management, were serious and valued the quality of service, then it would have been addressed appropriatelyby now. Read more
