It was fun but a lot of the games took our credit and did not work. The restaurant there has awful to no service at all. The... consession station was sub par over priced. Kids were happy, that's what counts. Ice maker didn't work some of the soda choiceswere just seltzer water. Oh and the dish they serve the ice cream in has a cancer warning ?? on the bottom of the cup. Savinggrace is the kids enjoyed themselves. Glad we went when it was 11.99 so it was cheap enough fun for hours. Hope they can dobetter. I will re-review in summer. Read more
Took my sons and nephews to Main Event on Spring Break. Decent price on Laser Tag $8.50 per person. Not sure why they charge $2... for activation fee on arcade game cards. Could use help in Winners Choice to keep things flowing. Saw employees cleaningup,wiping down tables and checking/maintenance games. Would have liked to seen covid procedures for games such as wiping downoccasionally. Overall, had a nice Afternoon and was able to get in and out. Read more
Drinks were good. Games were good. When understanding the credit system a lot of the games are like 7.5 credits to play. You get... a game card from a machine unless you order a meal that includes a game card with it. Some of those deals are crazy good. Like a$33 entree but u get a $30 game card making the food $3. That is a good deal. My girl wanted to stop here on our 3.5 hour triphome from ocmd for her birthday. It was a good decision. Read more
Main Event is a fantastic family game complex that is great for a birthday party or maybe just a fun time out. Bowling, laser... tag and gravity climbing are a few activities kids and adults can enjoy. There's a huge arcade floor to keep everyone busy,Winners Choice to cash in on game victories, a food counter with lots of delicious food and drink choices. Adults can enjoy acocktail, cold beer and sports on the big screen at a widespread bar. We were there for a kid birthday party and our dedicatedhost made the frenzied pace workable and enjoyable. Tip these young people well!! They work hard to make sure a great time ishad by all and they deserve it! We will definitely be returning at some point. Read more
Nice place to have fun... But they have poor management and customer service. The first time here, they just want your... money. False advertising and a lot of workers, but just a few are really working. Arcades are not working. They are changingthe rules at the customer desk, depending on how you look/dressed. They said the wait time for bowling was 3 hours, but 3 laneswere open. The lazer tag also 4-hour waiting at 10 pm and establishment close at 1:30 am. Asking for wings and fries at thebar, they were not able to tell us how many wings I will get with my order. I was told could be 6 or 8. I asked because it isnot stated on the menu. I've never experienced that in any other bar/restaurant. Maybe in the future, if I ever return,hopefully, they have made improvements. Goodluck. Read more
Rented the venue from 10-5 on a Saturday for an 800 person company event. Everything was perfect from the food and service to... the details of the decorations. The event planning team as well as the rest of the staff did a great job. Will definitely bookfuture company-wide events there. Read more
