I have only been here once, so maybe this is a fluke but the service was horrible. I was standing in front of counter waiting to... be helped as the employees chatted with each other and the manager as customers were waiting to order food. I understand if it'sbusy and u have other things u need to do, but it wasn't and they weren't doing anything else. And even if they were, a simpleacknowledgement would have been nice, but they completely ignored us untill they finally decided to come over. I did eventuallyget helped, but it took so much longer than it should have and I was not happy at all. Hopefully for both locals this was justan isolated incident. If it's not, I don't know how they stay open. Read more
Paid over ,30 dollars for 3 meals each meal was a drink upcharge for what a coke that is suppose to come with the meal? Also... the fries salt was mixed up with the sugar so everything was so sweet had to wait 25 minutes for my big Mac and fish sandwich..wasn't the only one with food problems but definitely wouldn't go there again . Worse experience I have ever been too. Was in the two lane drive thru and Didn?t take my order and allowing 4 people to come... thru the other lane and order while telling me to keep holding on. Will never return to this mcdonalds. Read more
I haven?t visited a McDonald?s in quite some type but on a road trip we stopped at this particular location for breakfast. From... the drive-thru attendant, to the cashier, to the worker who handed us the food, everyone was noticeably friendly and welcoming.On top of that, the Sausage McMuffin with Egg and Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle were both especially good. We had to driveforward to wait for the Caramel Moccchito do be finished but it came out great. Read more
Since i just went and wasted another 15 min of my life typing out the complaint form just for it to erase everything i typed... ill leave a colorful review here. To set the stage, I just got done working. Ive had 8 hours of sleep split between the last 3days. I was picking up a doordash order and decided to get something to eat. It was 3:29am as per my email reciept. Since i wasalready in the line waiting, i thought it would ve rude to just say hey i ordered something else heres my mobile order too.Instead i left to deliver the doordash order and came back to pick up my food at 3:40am. The line was long and painfully slow asper usual. When i finally got up to the speaker is where things started adding up. I was skipped twice. The car that was behindme in line ended up somehow 2 cars ahead of me in line. When i got to the speaker to give them my order it was 4:04am. The ladyexplained to me that the cooks were too lazy. That they cancelled the order that was already in the system since 3:29am. I hadthem cancel the order. I didnt want their business at that point. But wait theres more! So now i have about 2 cars behind me and4 cars ahead of me and im stuck waiting there like a clown because their workers are too lazy to cook the meal from scratch. Intotal ive spent roughly ~1hr in total waiting in a drivethrough without the food i paid for an hour earlier. Dont ever wasteyour time coming to this dump. Lazy and unorganized workers. Ive never had an issue so messed up with any fast food place in my30 years of miserable existance so congrats and kudos to these losers for making me step out of my shell and try something iusually would shrug my sholders over. The brown haired mustache having fellow that takes care of us usually when we come in said he has a couple of jobs....HE IS... AWESOME!!! POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MENU AND ITS INGREDIENTS...He always answers our questions,gets us in and out quickly, and never fails to put a smile on our faces! The people who work at this McDonald's are very nice and accommodating to their customers. They also clearly have an unending... reservoir of tolerance and patience. They rarely get my order wrong and when there is a mistake they fix it right away and arevery polite about it. The food is fine. It's a McDonald's. Read more
Manager on duty needs training on the meaning of made-to-order Fresh sandwiches, when he was asked to replace he insists on the... sandwiches being made ?fresh? but being a restaurant owner myself, I know it was plain arrogance on his part and very poorcustomer service. Read more
