Went here a few days ago on Tuesday and we had burgers. My burger was slightly over cooked but not horrible, but it had no... flavor in the meat and they’re home made burgers.. that’s sad. We got fires cheese curds and they was extremely salty andthey took that off the check. The frenchfries come in a little tin can which was not full and they were like warm. Alsothey’re fries are definitely cheap frozen fries. We also waited for over 30 minutes just to receive our burgers and friesand they were super slow, so why so long of a wait to get warm fries and flavorless burgers. Never going back. The waitresswas nice though but she should’ve cam and checked on us because she only came to bring us food, water, and never came toinform us on how long our food was going be after waited for 30 minutes after ordering and never refilled our glasses. With our children, ages 6 and 3yrs, a reservation at 6³?pm should not drag out until 9pm. The inner workings of the restaurant... industry is something I am very familiar with. I'll mention it was a Saturday evening, however the establishment was not busyenough for tickets to take over an hour. Our server was very honest, and did inform us he was still learning the POS system andmisrung my father's drink from the bar. He promptly replaced the drink with the correct cocktail. Additionally, Cole was verywell spoken, informative and apologetic as he kept us updated on our entrees back in the kitchen. Things were much better oncewe recieved our food...and it was all quite delicious. I have to say Cole handled the situation as any exceptional server would,and if I could review him alone, he gets 6 Stars. This place definitely needs a few more like him...and a manager that willswing by to simply acknowledge a paying customer, or 2, when they've been waiting entirely too long. Read more

Stood at the front host area waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes. 2 employees looked at us, but never greeted, or asked us... to give them a minute or anything. Usually go to Peoples Plaza location and never had this poor of service. Left without anemployee ever talking to us. Read more

My husband and I went here for our first date over 30 years ago. Happened to be traveling through the area and thought we'd stop... to see what's changed, or even if it was still here. Lucky for us it was! Sandwiches were great, wait staff was friendly andhelpful, music made me happy and so happy to see them expanding! Perfect place for a beer and great bar food! Well, unfortunately our favorite wing place has not escaped the employment struggles it seems. We are frequent McGlynn's Pub... fans and have been for years. Last night may have changed that. We arrived at 6pm for the special wing night on Wednesdays andwere seated in the back room. The place was busy as usual but it became clear by the look on the waitress faces that we were infor a disappointing night. I won't drag on but, the wings were literally uneatable. Burnt to a crisp, terrible taste, dead coldalong with the fries. After a long wait we asked for a second batch that were "less done" and received more of the same. Norefills as it took the waitress 15- 20 mins to come back to our seats. replacement fries were decent and so was my glass ofwater. I gotta say this is the first time I actually could not eat the food at a place. Picture is of the "replacement" wingsthat were supposed to be less done. Waitress was nice it clearly wasn't her fault. I asked if they had a new cook or somethingand she said they only had one person working the fryer. Read more

Usually I have no problem with mcglynns but tonight is different. The nachos barely had enough cheese and there was no chili.... Even my son asked what happened to the nachos. The rest of the order was fine. Read more

Food was yummy and the portions were large. Our waitress was super friendly, but it definitely could have been better. It... wasn’t crowded, so we had little wait to be seated. We did have to wait a while for the food but the wait was worth it. Read more
