We were there last night and the whole experience was horrible. First two cups we got were very visibly dirty one covered in... some red what looked like lipstick and the other some white dust on it. The next two cups same thing white smudges, streaks, and particles all inside and out. Service was ????. I would recommend the food not the dining experience. Read more

This was my first time at Miller's Ale House. It was a bit chaotic, fire alarm panel in the entry constantly beeping, host... staff was swamped. As a party of one and with a wait of 45 min, they offered that I sit at the bar. They failed to notethere were open spaces at the bar but no seats. Once aware, they did help relocate chairs to the bar. Bartenders were plentybut all were rushing about, not paying attention to new customers. Other customers at the bar were warning me "it's going totake a while..." I noted there were 3 managers walking about but no one stopped by to see how things were going. They alsowere not assisting the swamped staff. When I did get my food, it was good, I have no complaints at all. The burger arrivedhot and was cooked as I requested. After the food arrived, no one stopped by to check if there were issues. I had to flagsomeone to ask for napkins, silverware and a water refill. I fully get that they are likely understaffed. I've worked in manyrestaurants early in my working career and know all it takes is some eye contact, a brief statement of "I see you, I'll bewith you as soon as I can" and I have zero issues with you being busy. Not looking at me and hoping I will disappear isn't agood strategy. This is learned behavior and I fault management as they didn't understand it either. (The manager with thethroat tattoo should spend equal time checking with all customers as they did with the two ladies at the bar, discussing hertattoo.) Im posting this as constructive criticism to maybe help them improve. When in the area, I would try them again. Read more

I just stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. Like most places the bartender Deidre was covering multiple areas. My dirty... martini was good and Deidre took the time to make me blue cheese olives for it. My meatloaf was delicious and only cost 6.99 onthe lunch special. The manager Leah came to help out chatted with me and made me a cocktail that was really good and a creeper. The employees seemed to really enjoy working with each other and created welcoming vibe even though they were working hard andmultitasking. Great service ladies. Read more

Went during lunch with my daughter and the food and service was great! I enjoy Miller?s because it is reasonably priced and they... also have great cocktails too! One person in particular really stood out. Her name was Geri, and the way she moves around therestaurant, you would think she was a manager. She actually is a hostess, but she is so friendly and pleasant. I would come backjust for her! Read more

Restaurant is usually pretty good. But last night I went there on at Saturday night and they served me Hard BROWN broccoli with... my fettuccine Alfredo!! It was also Lukewarm.. My husbands food was also lukewarm and wasn?t vary flavorful. Best time to cometo this restaurant is during the week when they aren?t really busy. Read more

Sadly not a great experience. Perhaps coming in at 9:45 when they closed at 11 was the mistake...although it doesn't make sense... to be open if the food is old and tasteless due to the closing time. The calamari was bland and honestly the salads were thebest part of the whole meal...from there it was just downhill. What was most disappointing was watching one of our meals situnder the heat shelf for 20 minutes while our salads were served after the meal was up...and it sat there until the 2nd meal wasfinally ready (the kitchen is open to the bar). Because of sitting out for so long, the bun was crusty and dried out, the burgerwithered, the bottom bun soppy and the fries seemingly morphed into cardboard from sitting in a metal bowl next to theburger. We appreciated that our waitstaff member took the burger and fries off after it was unappetizing enough there was nodesire to eat it or take it to go. That was a thoughtful gesture that I wanted to make sure to mention. Read more

Love Miller's. We usually have a good experience, but today when we went to watch the 1pm games, there was a 25 min wait...even... though half of the place was empty. The only reason we didn't leave, is because the games were starting. There were a bunch ofother people that left and chose not to wait, when they weren't even busy. The food and drinks when we were finally seated, weregood though. I love their strawberry, coconut mojito! Read more
