Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order through door dash. They waited until the dasher arrived to pick up the... order and had them text me to let me know part of my order wasn?t available. They offered to replace it with another item andthen told me to contact door dash for a refund or place another order. If they didn?t have a menu item they advertised than theyshould have removed it from the menu for the night. If they offered to replace it with another item why should I have to contactDD with another order? Won?t be giving my business to them again. Read more
Customer Service is very important to me. I feel like the cashier (female) definitely lacks charisma to even be in the front to... greet customers in a respectful kind manner. No body needs that negativity. Won?t be ordering from this place again. Food isgood. But not good enough. Read more
World's smallest large pizza. The box was 14x14 so I'm guessing the pizza is about 12 to 13 inches in diameter, which is... generally what I would consider to be a medium. At $11.50 the price isn't bad for what you get, but I wouldn't call it a large. Read more
Bunch of weirdos. They still have nick and Joe's number. Fine. Go to pick up, sign says brother's pizza. We ask where nick and... Joe's is, they refused. We left but decided to swing back to double check. Low and behold it was the place we ordered. The staffeven says this happens all the time. Why would they not respond with "of yeah, we inherented their number...did you order?".Stupidest customer service I've had. Will never be back. Read more
Placed an order for a #5 combo which online says comes with fries. When picking up the order we were informed it in fact did NOT... come with fries. Also, I requested there be no cheese on the pizza as I am allergic and for the cheese to be replaced with alittle extra sauce. I was CHARGED EXTRA for sauce!!! $8.25 for this?!? They didn?t even cut the thing! The young kid at thecounter has no customer service skills and catches an attitude when you ask him any questions. I will NEVER order from thisrestaurant again. $80 worth of food and almost all of it was completely disappointing. They forgot one of the kids meals, and the fries were old.... All of the food was burnt. I?m mad at myself for taking so long to try this place. It?s up there with NY pizza! You definitely know what you?re getting... with this place and I love it. Really no unexpected surprises or change in taste each time you order which is good! Bonus: thelady delivery driver was so sweet and helpful! she actually came back to drop off what she forgot before I could even notice thefirst time she handed me my food. Read more
