Horrible experience with them, ordered online was set for delivery in 30 mins, an hour later call, oh you can only do pick up... tonight our delivery driver is out and we don?t have door dash working tonight we tried to call you and left 2 messages. Bought two medium pizzas. Simple! Cheese, pepperoni, sausage on dough. 30 minutes later get them pizzas get them home and... couldn't eat em. Under cooked dough and the toppings didn't look or taste right. Never again. Read more

Put in my order before ?close? and i?m not talking like 5 or so minutes, like these guys had ample time AND I live right down... the road and they cancelled my order for no reason. The only reason I can think of is pure laziness, no call or warning oranything. This is one of the reasons why I chose pay in cash because I can never trust this place, it?s always something withthem. I was gonna tip them too but that?s their loss, not mine. It would?ve been respected more if you gave a call, but if youhate your job and don?t wanna be there that bad just say that and find a new job. Read more

I ordered delivery with a wait time of 80-90 minutes. This didn't bother me because I understand every business is under... staffed. My order was still made correctly and arrived hot like it literally went from oven to box. Normally my order is mildlyhot. Still very pleased with this location!!!! Manager, please read. Your staffs are horrific. I went to this branch, waiting the for the pizza For 30 Minutes(after ordering... on the phone 20 minutes before getting to store.) The woman who was making pizza keeps saying ?I don?t give a ****? for about 10times. Cannot wait anymore, told the cashier that I want to cancel the order, just that. She said ?I don?t know you name.? Wetold here before and told her again. I told her my names. She then told me to ?get the **** out of here, you are running yourmouth?. They completely got my order wrong, I ordered 3 large pizzas and a bottle of soda and they sent me just 1 papadia thing, that's... all, over 2 hours later, when it said it would take 45 mins. My card was charged for the 3 pizza order so almost $70 with tip.The receipt I got with what we were given was for $23. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager to have them refundmy card ( I'd given up on actually getting my food) the person I spoke to was the absolute rudest person. He would not evenlisten to me about what happened and said that I got what I ordered, it said on his screen, and that he wasn't refunding meanything and hung up on me. I've called papa johns customer service 3 times since then with no call back (they said the districtmanager would call me back in 48 hours tops,) that was Sunday evening, no word yet. Read more

I ordered online for delivery but noticed the wait time was 89-99 minutes so we decided to change to carryout. When I got... there, the gentleman helping me (I think his name was Kevin) said I had one item not ready and asked if I could give them just afew moments. No problem! As I waited, I noticed only 3 people working the entire store. I knew I had to be wrong, this was 8 pmon a Saturday night! Unfortunately, I wasn't. I watched the store manager hustle between getting dough ready and answer callsfrom customers frustrated over the delivery time. She apologized and made things right as much as possible with each customer,even though I could hear some of them yelling through the phone. She even had to turn away a customer who came to place a walkin order telling him they were so short staffed and behind that she could not take any more orders at this time. I could tellthe 3 of them had been there all day and would probably stay until closing. Although they were each doing the job of 2 or 3people themselves with no relief in sight, they still kept smiles on their faces as they greeted customers and were verycourteous the entire time I was in the store. During these times we're in, exercise a little patience for the businesses whonever shut down during the pandemic. Most of our pizza shops and delivering restaurants stayed open so there would be someoptions for those who couldn't leave home. A little understanding goes a long way and so does a "Thank You". ?
