We called and were transferred to this store based on location. The store picks up and says we are out of the delivery range.... Somehow they still managed to bring us a pizza we didn't order. In a mixup with the other store we ended up having to pay for 2pizzas. We had the most unhelpful delivery person I've ever encountered...Adonis...who only carried one $5 bill. Not that hedid anything to deserve a tip (in fact he should have to pay me for wasting 15 minutes arguing about the bill) but he couldn'teven make change for $25 on a $20 and change order... felt like a HUGE rip off having to give him a tip to ruin my night! Great food always fresh and tasty. I used them most recently for 38 large pizzas for my work. They delivered on time and it was... all hot and fresh. Great for big orders and reliable. Read more
Called in to order and the guy kept wanting to add tax to my order. Didn?t offer and specials. Did not know what he was doing.... I told him I?d pick up in 45 min. And he said hold so I can see if we can do that? Is this guy working from home? Terribleservice. Oh and for the survey afterwards it wouldn?t let me leave a 2. Horrible experience tonight with this store. I placed an online order for 2 heart pizzas, wings and a brownie and could now add... "garlic butter sauce" to the order online. So immediately after placing the order I called and spoke with an associateexplaining I have 3 kids that all want the sauce and I could not add it online. He asked how many I wanted, I said 4, and hestated my address to me to confirm which order to add it to. I confirmed it and he said okay, gottcha 4 extra sauces. Once myorder arrived I asked the delivery driver about the sauce and he said he didn't have it, nor was it on the order. I opened thebox and no sauces at all. So of course I get upset and call in. The person who answered, not naming names to be polite, saidthere was none on my order. I explained that I called in and he just said that they were never added. I expressed my frustrationthat NO sauce was in the box at all, not even the normal 1 that comes with it, and he said they do not come with thin crust. Itold him I still need the sauce and he told me it would be 6.99 for the sauce because of delivery fee and 45-50 min to get it.Terrible experience, never again. Read more
Best experience with them yet. Online ordering was quick and easy. It arrived quickly and was very hot. I like that they seem to... have a greater quantity of each topping as compared to some other pizzas. I like to be able to taste something besides cheeseand crust in every bite. The driver was great and I think he went over and above with the contactless delivery. I think you cantell I was happy with this experience. Read more
I like Papa John's pizza but the over the phone experience was absurd. I have called this place two days In a row and have yet... to successfully receive an order. Delivery is no longer an option, as the receptionist (phone guy) at this Particular locationhas a problem with being patient and simple questions. Deliberately putting me at the back of the bus as far as being apriority was the quality service rendered whenever I attempt to place an order,really hope things change. Carry out it is Iguess.
