I go to Planet Smoothie at least 3-4 times a week. I have never had an issue until today. Normally, the service is good, staff... is friendly and drinks are delicious. Today (4/15/22) I went in at 11:30am. There were six people in front of me and threebehind me. It took ten minutes for the staff to even acknowledge me and take my order! The staff screwed up the orders and thethree women who came in last got their drinks first while the rest of us waited. One of the women who ordered before me gottired of waiting and left. This was our first time visiting this store and the smoothie my son ordered was tasty and delicious. He chose a strawberry,... pineapple, coconut, with non-fat and vanilla smoothie. It was well blended having a balance in all flavors. The next time wereturn I'll be sure to order something for myself. ???? Read more
Great, healthy, and delicious smoothies. I just wish the hours of operation were better. Most days are 8 to 4 pm. With my job,... I'm unable to get to the store before I'm off from work. I haven't had a smoothie from here in forever. My entire family missesit. Read more
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING JUST AS GOOD AS SMOOTHIE KING SO GLAD THIS IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM OUR NEW PLACE... AND THEIR OPEN... TILL 8PM DURING SUMMER TIME. Fair price, fresh taste, friendly staff. It was very good! & very easy! It was my first time, and the cashier helped us with... everything Basically everything is super customizable. I didn't even pick from the menu, I picked from the "add-ins" and createdmy own. You pick your base (frozen yogurt, Greek yogurt, milk, etc) then all your flavors. I got a 22oz raspberry, banana, andfrozen yogurt. My boyfriend got a 32oz strawberry, banana, Greek yogurt. For both it was around $13. The sizes: 16oz, 22oz,32oz, and 44oz. Read more
