The burgers are fantastic. Since my household is very picky, they have a wide selection that caters to everyone.

UPDATE 11/11/22: Google asked me to update this. Had to wait about 7 - 10 minutes to be seated. Waitress was very nice, but... not only were our wings not brought out before the burgers, they put in boneless when we requested bone-in. We ended up havingto get them to go. They did give me a free veteran's day burger. UPDATE 6/26/22:. Google asked me to update this, so I am. Wewent there today and managed to get seated right away. Now what probably not updated in this review is that with the restauranthalf empty we were getting waits to be seated. I finally began going next door to Applebee's. We were seated right away today. I'm not sure if that because they've hired more people or because the place wasn't crowded. The waitress did a great job(waiters / waitresses have always done a great job here). The food was decent with one exception. The cheese for the pretzelbites appetizer was actually cold. I'll increase the rating back up to 4. ----- Used to be my favorite until they fired myfavorite waitress for a single customer complaint. Food is alright, not spectacular, the remaining wait staff do an EXCELLENTjob. UPDATE:. Seriously, watch out for the mean looking lady who they put up front. She's already alienating long timecustomers by not seating people when there are open tables. I've left twice, and once when I was walking out, I saw anotherlong time customer ripping her a new one for pulling that trash. And he was right. Red Robin is an ole favorite, brings back memories of when my 2 sons were younger. With both their birthdays in March and Red... Robin their choice for dinner, we?ve spent many nights there. I even planned a surprise 18th birthday dinner for each of them atRed Robin. So I was excited to go back to RR for dinner with my sons, their wives and children. I was thrilled to take mygrandchildren there. Unfortunately the visit was not as good as I remembered. The waitress was great, no complaints there. Thefood is what was lacking. After shelling out over $225 for burgers and fries, I was unable to eat my burger since I ordered itwell done and it was med rare at best. My fiancé ordered his medium and it was more cooked than my well done burger. I wasobviously preoccupied with my grandchildren and didn?t play much attention to a few things that happened until afterwards. Myburger was one of the first meals delivered, even before a few of the kids meals. Almost right away, a cook or manager came toour table and asked me if my burger was ok. I hadn?t even taken a bite because I wasn?t going to start eating in front of mygrandchildren without their food. I said, it?s fine, I guess. She then said, ok good, as if relived. Thinking back now, Irealized she must have known the burger wasn?t well done and instead of telling me that and having it prepared the way I wanted,she just walked away. Good burgers as always, and we had a very good waiter, who explained things to us. My wife had fish and chips, which she loves,... and her mother had a whiskey river burger, which she really liked, and I had a big pig out burger, which was recommended by thewaiter. I love the food here. I used to wait tables and leave generous tips. The service sucked and I have no idea why because the place... was not busy. The server acted like he didn't want us there. He never asked about drink refills. When he came around, wefinally got one. We asked for one refill on fries for each of us. He didn't bring them. I love the Red Robin this particular location. The customer service is wonderful the hosting servers are so very friendly.
