The old lady at the counter at lunchtime July 11th 2022 when I came in she said the only thing we have is in the case which was... a load of fried and maybe a piece of chicken but I couldn't tell and I asked well what's all in there and she repeated herselfand then a younger gentleman walked up and said we do have other stuff still perplexed on what to order I ordered the burger rapwhen I received my food I could tell it was a bun so when I opened it to check I had to walk back in and talk to them and sheseemed that I had been inconveniencing her in which she just pulled the burger off and slapped it in a rap and gave it back tome very poor quality and service this is not the first time I've had trouble with this deli not the first time they've messed myorder up would not recommend as you don't get what you pay for Read more
Idk who the old lady was the worked June 20th 2022 at lunch time but she doesn't know how to talk to people.. I understand the... job in the deli can be stressful but it's no way you should take it out on the customers. I was going to let my complaint go.But as I was leaving I heard another customer complain about the same old lady there she either needs to quit and find anotherjob that doesn't involve talking to people. Do not go here at all. The associates are highly rude and do not help. They act as if the customers are taking up their time.
Food was a big dissapointment. Western fries were like potato chips. Chicken wrap was meager, not that great. Won't stop by this... ROFO again... Read more
Totally disgusting Purchased chicken. Was told it was fresh, get home and it is anything buy fresh. This is about the 4th time... this has happened although it is different people who tell you the chicken is fresh. As always, no one ever answers the pho ewhen you call to advise then what happened. I love all Royal Farms!!! I love how spacious they are and they are always clean even the bathroom. The shelves are always... stocked and the employees who cook really do their thing. Cashiers are always there...I don't have to wait for a cashier tosaunter out like I am bothering them. I swore by wawa but they have went way down with all the dirty stores plus otherthings. Store was ok. Workers were very nice. The men's bathroom was horrible it look like nobody ever cleaned it. It smelled bad the... floors were dirty. In fact ever thing was nasty in the bathroom.
