I ordered pizza and it had no sauce. I was told to come back and they would be replaced. When my husband arrived they gave him a... hard time asking for pictures and implying it was lies. We sent pics and still nothing. I went up there myself (called first)and asked that pizza was ready and to have the GM or corporate?s number available. When I arrived, no one knew and they tried tonot give me the number! The manager also hid and did not speak with me hisself. 3 trips due to their mistake! Been to this place 3 times and twice (2 times) they have gotten our PIZZA order wrong. Unbelievable. Never went back to... complain because we were already back at the house and had people to feed for parties. we get take out 2-3 times a week and honestly we def had our FAVORITES. For a of it was Seasons XL 1 TOPP pizza PickUP ONLY... for $9.99 but we fell in love with another place that have a 2XL 2top for 19.99 and they were HUGE and almost double the cheeseof ANY pizza î have ever eaten. BUt, course all g things come to and end, the last time I ordered it was nearly$35. which Iknow is not a BAD price but I must say I DO NOT want to order that anymore Now it's almost double. so we can't back to thepick up only XL 2topp special which they also had a price increase $26. for 2 and they don't look like XL THEY barely reachedthe sides of the box and measured around 12'. I guess I got spoiled with the SUPER SIZED portions from the other place and theyonly out 1 TOPP and barely any cheese plus it was almost hard. I have gotten used to an ooey gooey runny stretchy cheeseydripping off the slice. I have to say. very disappointed. I asked about the size and she's say yes that it was an XL. we get pizza 1x-2x a week Seasons WAS our go-to and all time favorite We recent switched to another place BUT they decided to no... longer offer or favorite deal 2XL 2TOPP for$25 now it's over$35 so we switched back to seasons takeout that WAS$10. XL 2 TOPP isnow $12 but when we picked it up. it was NOT WHAT I REMEMBERED an XL TO BE. I know it's been a few months since we got seasonsbut I can't imagine a to 12" pizza is an XL. I it was so sad looking inside of the box a few inches from the sides with the wayaround. perhaps I have beef totally spoiled by the other restaurants SUPER XL portions. Heading downhill in terms of quality. We have been regular customers, sometimes twice a month for the past 3 years. Quality and... consistency has begun to slip a lot. The same item from one order to the next would be prepared differently and several times wehave had the wrong order delivered. There are plenty of small pizza shops nearby and we'll start taking our business there now. Read more
