First time dining in, our server Alex was FANTASTIC. he had such good energy, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and... honestly we ordered everything he recommended because he just kept being right about the best items on the menu. First it wasthe chips with ranch, then his recommendation for margaritas, talking up the bison meatloaf and bison in general, then of coursewhen he said the seasonal dessert was the most popular we had to try it and it was phenomenal. Alex made the experience and wasoverall a great server. Food was amazing and everything was quality! Would go back for the food and the service Read more

My husband always drives past this place when he drives to Delaware and today we decided to stop by during our visit. Ribeye... bison with brussel sprouts was delicious. Perfectly cooked medium rare. Husband got a beef ribeye with broccoli and he said itwas great. It's a lot of food so we took half of it home. We also got the strawberry shortcake for dessert which was also agreat way to end the meal. The dessert was light and refreshing. Our server Alex was very friendly and checked in often with us.It's a nice casual place and we would certainly come back the next time we're in town. Read more

We stopped by here looking forward to a great meal. It ended up being ok. The hamburgers are good, but the brisket portion... and the buttered carrots were not. The kids steak meal ended up being the only plate worth the cost. The server was great, hewas very animated and seemed to really enjoy his job. Otherwise, for us, this place was just another over priced hambergerjoint. Read more

Wonderful surprise. I had wanted to take my wife out for Mother’s Day and she told me the day of, she didn’t want to go to... her usual spot. Quickly searching for a solution this was recommended by a good friend who is picky with food. Summary:Delicious food with the right atmosphere. Felt very private and intimate. Unique experience. Unfortunately they didn’t haveany Cheesecake and we were too full to try to eat any other desserts. (Always room for cheesecake) Starting off you walk inthrough this revolving door, very slick, and you enter in the bar side. Nice when you realize you may have to wait a few minutesbefore sitting. However, we had reservations. Even with reservations the place was so busy we would up waiting almost half anhour. Probably my one complaint. After being seated we were brought delicious cucumbers and some water. Prompt and quick. Veryappropriate on such a busy day. We ordered their “hand crafted” drinks and fell in love with them. I’m an Arnold Palmerfan so it was a nice surprise to see it on the menu. As you can see in the photo, they look lovely and taste better. We orderedquickly since we had ample time to check out the menu. Bison nachos and a Bison Ribeye for me. The nachos were amazing. Freshjalapeños with nice heat and flavor. Hot enough to kick your tongue but not detract from the flavor. Crunchy and wet with somedelicious chips. My wife had the Bison strip. When in Rome? I could rave about the food forever. I’ve never had bison and itwas delicious. I ordered my steak medium but probably could have done a medium rare. The meat was flavorful and juicy. Everybite had good marbling and crust. A nice mixture of crunch and juicy flavor. They only offered a 14oz ribeye so be prepared toeat or take leftovers. My wife struggled with the fat on her NY strip, because Bison does have a distinct flavor. She did enjoyit, save for the fat. (Her loss) Overall we left full, and satisfied. I only wish we could have tried the cheesecake Read more

My boyfriend and I went here for an "end of the week" dinner last Sunday, March 20th. It was delightful! We had such a hard time... choosing between the Bison Burgers and the Bison Steak.. We both decided to get the Bison Steak! I've never had Bison inDelaware- so I was a little bit scared. I've only had it down south and in WV. I like mine well done, but my boyfriend gets hismedium rare. He said it was delicious, and I loved mine as well! Even though I got it well done, it didn't taste like it, andthere was still so much flavor in it. Our server was awesome, I forget his name. But he was also the bartender. We also got theBison Nachos but I forgot to snap a picture of them. We can't wait to come back and try the Bison Burgers!!! Read more

We really wanted to try this place and our intention was just to get something light just to try the buffalo. We knew this place... was going to be on the expensive side, but you get your money's worth. We split the buffalo ribs with carrots and potatoes. Itwas delicious! It was so good in fact that my husband decided to try the dessert. (We split that as well). We loved it! I can'tremember the name of it, but it was a huge chocolate fudge brownie with ice cream. Service was great! Our glasses stayed full, our server knew the menu and was very helpful. Read more
