Employees are slow and don?t follow order requests from kiosk. I?ve arrived anywhere between 5:40 am and 5:45 am to pick up... breakfast before going into work. There are no breakfast sandwiches prepared for easy grab and go by the register ( observedthis on several occasions). So I go the kiosk to order a breakfast Burrito. It?s not there for selection. I asked for help andwas told that it?s not there because another employee that prepared breakfast had not added it into the menu yet because theydon?t serve breakfast before 6 am! Now I?m desperate so I order an Italian Hoagie with lettuce, onions, sweet peppers , cheeseand condiments. I opened the sandwich for lunch and was so disappointed! No lettuce, no onions, no peppers! It took 20 minutes for my Italian hoagie and was made with dirty gloves worn by small young girl who kept on wiping her nose.... Disgusting. Threw it away. It deserves 0 stars. Read more

Night crew is phenomenal in every aspect to keep things running very smoothly! I'm not sure of her name but the manager that... always wears a hat with her hair up (darker hair, brown) & she has beautiful tattoos on her arms. She never ever ever sits downonce. From dealing with the deliveries to pulling the gas pump trash cans, she is always on the go working very diligently & hercustomer service skills are 100/10 she is always so humble and genuine. She goes out of her way to make sure each customer ispersonally taken care of and satisfied. I specifically only come in to this wawa to see the staff. The storefront is always tidyand cleaned. I love Wawa but this location lacks consistency. Twice I have paid for extra items, once for sour cream and today for avocado. I... was able to catch the forgotten sour cream before I left the parking lot. Today I was no so lucky to notice I didnt get myavocado that cost $1.05 I believe for the classic hoagie. The attitude of a lot of the employees is also unbelievable. It's likeI'm a burden for having to check out. Read more
