Ordered online showed up at the time stated order would be done. Order wasn't started and ticket wasn't even printed . Waited... and watched for 20 minutes as 2 door dash drivers waited impatiently for their orders and watched the carelessness in whichthose orders were prepared and decided to not bother requested a refund and one of the employees got an attitude and offered totake it out back. While the owner stared with a blank look on his face as I had to repeatedly request my refund . I would avoidthis location . Read more
It's delicious! The model is the same a five guys, but they have a few more burger patty options, though maybe fewer toppings.... They have six sauces to pick from though! They have hot dogs and chicken tenders and milk shakes if you're into that stuff too.And impossible burgers. Read more
The milkshakes don?t come in the cup they use to. The rolls for the burger are store bought. They don?t have the vinegar for the... fries. I haven?t had anything else to eat today and my stomach is already hurting. I was not pleased with this place. I ordered my food online for immediate pickup, the message read that it would be ready at... 1:35 I got there at 1:37-1:40 they hadn't even started my food. It was 2:10 before my food was ready and the fries was supposedto have been a large for $4.95 I was expecting something shareable that little amount for that amount of money was ridiculous.Both Hamburgers were supposed to have had lettuce included neither had lettuce and one was an impossible melt it wasn't. Thebuns were cold which made the Hamburgers lukewarm. For them to say they were just starting to cook my food it all should havebeen steaming hot. With all the other burger joints around you would think all of them would be wonderful just to keep up with the competition.... Lean burgers cooked nicely had little flavor. Fries from fresh potatoes were cooked well but sitting on the counter when Iwalked in rendering them cold by the time they got to me. Soda machine was low on syrups if every kind. Burger was nice and juicy. HOWEVER, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with extra cheese that?s supposed to have FOUR slices... of bacon and there was barely one! Didn?t taste the extra cheese and toppings were skimped! They need to take more pride intheir craft. It?s all about presentation. Read more
(My 1st review in 2020 due to the World Wide spread of Covid) I haven't been here in a couple of years... The place is still... Clean. No one in the restaurant, so we received our food pretty Quick. I ordered food for my grandson and I. I ordered him a kids burger plain and french fries and a soda. When the order got to the... table his burger had ketchup on it! When I sent it back to remade they only changed the bun not the burger so thwere was stillketchup on it! Finally on the third try they got it right but by then he wasnt hungry anymore!! Read more
