I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes for a small chili and a 10 piece nugget. I figured since I was waiting so long I... would get nice fresh food. The chili was nice and hot but the Nuggets were lukewarm. You could tell they were sitting for awhile. I was very disappointed. Read more
I don't get much opportunity to dine with my adult son. He chose Wendy's and what a great choice. The service was excellent and... the crispy chicken sandwich was sooooo fresh and delicious. We ordered single, fries, and coke. Stood waiting for the burger and fries for 30 mins...asked for manager who said she would... make it herself, but did not. 5 employees behind counter, one was eating a frosty... didn't know what they were doing. Asked formy money back after the 30 min wait. Won't be back to this Wendy's! Read more

Don?t waste your time stopping by here. Waited over 35 minutes in line for them not even to acknowledge us. Very poor... management. They were taking Doordash orders, drive thru, and online orders while ignoring everyone inside waiting to place anorder. At least two people in front of us got tired of waiting and left. After waiting for 30 minutes and no one acknowledgingus I said something to a worker about no one helping anyone inside. She said she was ?getting to it? and then walks away andthen comes back to get a Doordash order. That order came in at 9:19 according to the time stamp of the receipt and let her knowwe arrived way before that time and should serve us next. Very POOR management and they had at least 5 people working back therefor any of this to have happened. When I finally received my order and took a bite of my Dave?s double it smelled and gave me ataste of mold. The health department needs to check this place URGENTLY. Read more
Went inside to order my food. I Ordered a burger and nuggets meal? went to the drink fountain black stuff came out of the spout.... The burger bun was stale the burger was cold and seemed old. I ordered a door dash this evening....I bit into the sandwich and there was a long black hair in it that I felt in my bite. It... was like cooked into the chicken. I spit it out and found it to report. Thank goodness door dash was supportive. They areopening a case as well. Read more
