Surprised at some of these reviews, I just got some very good wings in a very clean restaurant with great service
Dirty, customer service is terrible, food is overpriced. I love to feel good about where my money goes when it comes to eating... out now a days, I want to know that the establishment appreciates my business HOWEVER this place does not, managment only caresabout itself and making a quick buck. I tried 3 times to call and place an order because I have ice cream in my car. Three times, someone picked up but didn?t say... anything. I could hear cooking and people talking as I kept saying Hello, Hello. I finally gave up and made my order in person.The young girl at the counter with long brown hair said no one called and it must have been my phone. Three times I had to tellher it was NOT my phone but happened on their end. She rudely stated again that it was my phone. So, after I ordered, I rang thenumber and it rung here. It wasn?t my phone. Now my ice cream is melting while I wait for my order. Plus, the price of wings isoutrageously expensive. Not sure I want to pay$35 for 24 small wings! Read more
Had a gift card don't care for wings so i ordered 2 burgers and fries for us omg they went right into the trash i asked for both... well done of course they were both very bloody inside and greasy the bun was soaked in grease . Terrible even the lettuce waswilted. And the fries had so much oil on them they were soft and just nasty . I will never go again my first and last time . Ireally would of been mad if it was my 25 bucs . Just terrible. Read more
My fiancée and I decided to order some wings for lunch this afternoon and considering this wings to go is five minutes away... from our house, the food is consistent, and the customer service is good, or so I thought. Both him and I are both unvaccinatedso we wear masks in public and have no problem following the rules of this establishment, if unvaccinated wear a mask as it is arecommendation everywhere, so I don?t understand why the cashier was pressing my fiancée for whether or not he was vaccinatedwhen he was clearly wearing his mask properly. Convenient and clean location. The staff is friendly and always gets my online order right. The fries could be improved on, they... are usually really greasy. Good wings overall though, with really good parmesan garlic and hot sauce. Read more
Poor customer service... Old wings and cold fries. They refry the wings and fries to sell old food! Won't return!!
