I place an order online, the pick up time says it would be ready by 16-21 mins, so I get there in 30mins, once I arrive, they... didn't even drop my food into the fryer, so now I ended up waiting another 20mins, luckily they had football Sunday on the TVand that's the only reason why they are getting a 1 star from me. Wings and fries were not even room temperature, they were both cold as if they were sitting there for hours. Quality is... terrible. Do not recommend eating here at all. Read more
I was really excited to try the new chicken sandwiches until I received this soggy over cooked mess. Even the fries were too... salty to eat. I usually get traditional wings and don't have any issues so I'm going to stick to that. The name says Wingstopnot SandwichStop. Read more
Ordered at 3:12 sat there until 3:45. I watched the manager count the register then immediately after started preparing food... with no gloves and hadn?t washed his dirty hands at all. He grabbed fries no gloves mixed chicken everything done withoutgloves or washing his hands. The guy next to him I watched put on gloves but not the manager who counted a whole register ofbills and coins. This was on Monday September 19th. Sad shame and the fries were so hard I had to pick thru them to find somesoft enough to eat. I can?t imagine what I didn?t see. What I saw was enough to make me not want the food at all. Read more
Got an email saying my food was done, went in and they said 5 more mins, waited 30 mins and then was handed the same bag that... had been sitting there the whole time. Same thing happened to another customer. When I said the food was cold the response was ashrugged shoulder and a what do you want me to do about it. Staff was slow and not very attentive. The store itself was not very well setup. There is no trash can for when you are done. No... place for the lids, so the guy maintaining the register had to hand you the stuff with his bare hands. The soda dispenser wasout of Ice and was brown so the same guy doing the kids was also taking cups to the back of the store to fill them with ice. Theservice was just really slow. We got there when it wasn?t busy, placed our order. Waited 30+ minutes for our sandwich and 6boneless wings because 6 people came in after us and we?re served before we were. Read more
This place is normally "ok" not good, not bad... I enjoy the flavors they have for sauces but today was horrible, the wings were... literally smaller than my thumb and the fries were uncooked in the middle... this is terrible... to be fair to them I didn't seeuntil I got home, and haven't reached out them asking to make it better. I?ve ordered here several times at varying times of the day and week. Every time the wait is atrocious. A typical order goes as... follows: I order, the app guarantees me my order ?has been completed? at a certain time, so I go to pick up my order. When Iget there the order is nowhere near ready, if it?s even been started, and I have to wait an extra 20+ minutes before the foodcomes out.
