The food is good yet, the Newark area the establishment is located needs improvement. I appreciate that Ambassadors was not... discouraged from doing business within this developing community. My hope is to one day, be able to visit Ambassadors as adine-in restaurant if they'd so choose in becoming! I've been coming here for years and never had a problem until today. The heavy set dark skin woman with twists at the counter is... extremely rude, disrespectful and nasty. She talks down to and yells at customers. She has no business working in arestaurant. She is very hot tempered and she lacks good customer service. She was disrespectful to me after I placed my orderso I canceled and requested a refund. The rest of the workers pleaded with me for about 5 minutes, while the woman responsiblefor the disrespect remained unapologetic. They never even offered a truce. No discount or free item to calm a disgruntledcustomer like most customer oriented businesses would do. They gave me my refund only after I insisted and a group of othercustomers who were present sided with me and criticized them for poor service and also complained about the same woman beingrude and mean. They fail to realize that without their customers, the business will crash and poor service leads to a bad imageand reputation which will force customers to go elsewhere. Everyone knows south orange Ave is the right one to go to bc that?s the og location and service. But After today I will not be... back at this location never. I don?t know if you need to see who you had clocked in today on June 27th at 6pm but they wereabsolutely disgusting with th attitudes to the point where my money was refunded and canceled my order all because I didn?t wantan additional 4pc shrimp to my large order. The cook in the back had the nerve to tell me keep my money we don?t want you hereto go ahead and leave. When all I was trying to explain was I want all of the order to be as is minus 4 little pieces of shrimp.I then agreed to say okay I?ll take it since your about to start and the lady still gave me my money back. This place is serving up some of the best fried chicken wings for sure! The only problem w/ this joint is the location and the... wings could be bigger. Do yourself a favor by placing your order online and ordering a few extra wings because their delicious. Read more
