Not what I have experienced a few years ago... I have always come to this place, and the food WAS consistently good..... But my... oh my, how the times have changed! Very inconsistent food coming from the kitchen. The salad bar for starters, was justquickly put together... Canned Beets mixed with sour cream? How does that qualify as a Salad Bar item? Majority of the meatsthat came out were HEAVILY salted, and inconsistent temperatures. Over cooked, and too rare... there is no quality in service,or in food. Pinnaple, which is what I was looking forward too, was over ripe, and masked with white sugar to cover the tasteup. Not to mention, not well seasoned with cinnamon... Oh and to top it off, there is an automatic gratuity for 3 people of$19, and if you pay woth card, it's an extra $5..... while we were still sitting at our table, the waiter open our Check book tosee if we left additional tip... in front of us. if i could put 0 stars i would. i?ve been to this place practically since i was born and it?s really upsetting with what has... happened to this place. we ordered a plate of assorted steaks and we asked for it medium and the gave it to us burnt! we waitedfor this food for 40 minutes. we left almost all of it all the plate. we had come out to eat for my birthday dinner and thewaiter forgot and they didn?t sing happy birthday. after trying to get any of the waiters attention finally 25 minutes after wegot our check. really disappointing would not recommend anyone to come here. management does not give one cr*p about theircustomers. ruined my birthday and a waste of money Read more
Brasilia Grill is a family friendly restaurant. I enjoyed seeing families enjoying their meals together. My friends and I did... the rodizio and the meats were filling - the only thing is we weren?t instructed on how to stop the orders from coming. Usuallythere is a big red/green sign we can flag but we later found that it was a little object on the corner. Overall - greatexperience, good food, and great customer service. Will go again. This restaurant is ok! However the meats need to have at least more meat and not fat. 1st experience here but I wouldn?t mind... coming again. Food bar had good choices and the service was not much to complain about. But my aunt did have to wave down 3waiters for a refill and they were right in front of her and I know for a fact that if you see someone waving at you, you wouldglance but they acted like they didn?t see anything. That was really annoying. The one girl was so nice and wasn?t our originalwaiter but she didn?t mind coming to us and helping us. Then, it looked like it was someone?s bday when we went and I liked howthey started with the music first and Then they went to the table. Nice good selection of jamming, I loved it! The food was really good. The waitress was a bit odd though: They have a rule against sharing when you buy the all you can eat... rodizio, so she stared at everyone at our table almost nonstop making sure none of us shared any food amongst each other. I getwhy she did that but it was a bit over-the-top and made us all feel uncomfortable. Read more
Haven?t eaten here before but have at the one by ferry street many years ago, not sure if same owners. I live quite far and was... in the area so I decided to treat the family to one of my favorite restaurants from the past( I believed it to be thesame). Ordered take out and was very disappointed. Everything was real dry and blah. Salad was just tomato and iceberglettuce. Maybe it wasn?t that tasty due to being takeout?? Employees were very nice and a pleasant place. $54 dollars for2person dinner and there was a lot of food.unfortunately not much was eaten. Read more
It's more like 3.5 stars but I want to keep it to 4 especially for the excellent service they provide. We decided to go for the... buffet. The only meat we enjoyed was the sirloin steak. It was delicious. The other meats were either too salty or hard to chewor tasted like they were breaking down in our mouth. The salads and other items in the buffet were great. Ordered a mixto yesterday.. always order take out from here but omg sure was a disappointment... the chicken was not fully... cooked and the potato salad was absolutely disgusting it was sour I don't know maybe the mayo had gone bad idk you just couldn'teat it Read more
