They didn't even put the meat on my food or my vinaigrette and it was way to spicy I tried to call the store and there... automotive system on the phone as an answer for everything so that the staff doesn't have to answer the phone I wanted to speakto the manager but couldn't because they wanted me to go online worse chipotle ever Read more

I've had way worse. They are consistent, it tastes pretty good every time I'm looking to eat there! I would say that's a win.

I called today at 1:45 PM and I came across the most rudest employee this Chipotle has ever had a call to speak to the GM and... some employee she was a female and kept denying to tell me her name over the phone I asked her multiple times to connect me withthe GM and she was very rude horrible experience while I was talking to her you guys need to get rid of her horrible rep ofcustomer service . It?s so crazy I just went there 4 days ago and spend 34$ . Will not be spending my money there , I will beconnecting with corporate I will go above and beyond to find out who was the girl with the nasty attitude . and to see peoplehandle situations so poor specially when you can?t help I?m asking you to connect me with someone that can help . 7 PM at night, they have no chicken at all, barely any rice, barely any steak?. And I watched the ?grill? person slowly stirring... a bowl of rice for about five minutes while the line has no food on it. Then she comes out and extremely slowly and with obviousdistaste for doing her job, toss a couple of lids around and notices that there?s nothing ready to be cut up, and slowly goes tostart cooking the food which should?ve been made already before the line ran out. The ?digital order? line didn?t have any ofthe same food items either. During the dinner rush period. If this was 20 minutes before closing, I could almost understand it.But three hours before closing, it is unacceptable to be completely out of food. Read more

This location was clean and the process was easy, and I was in and out. I was greeted with a warm smile and they had the rosted... veggies just like I like it. And my salad was made to perfection. It's a shame that I have to give a 3-star rating. The food was good but the service wasn't and the sad part is that it wasn't... everyone who worked there. It was only because of one young woman.
