?if I could give negative 1000 stars I would. This is my first time placing an order at dominoes since moving to the area. I?m a... papa johns girl but they are quicker and slightly cheaper and I was hungry so I chose dominos. Horrible decision. So I order onthe app, everything is going well and I receive a call maybe 30 min later from the delivery person that they are outside. I said?ok, do you come up or do I need to come down??. She giggles politely and says no we don?t come up sorry, I said ok I?ll beright down. I literally throw a robe on get in the elevator before she is calling me AGAIN. I said ?yes hello?? She?s like yesmiss I?m downstairs waiting. I said I KNOW I am in the elevator give me a chance. I get down and no one is there. I call her andshe says the GPS must have taken her to the wrong place and she?s gonna do it manually and figure it out and call me back. Atthis point I am still patient, I go back up. 20 min later she calls again and says hi I?m here, I go down. No one is there. Icall her back no answer. I call again, no answer. So at this point, I?m annoyed af. I Google the dominos to call them directlyand The store location is 3 MINUTES from me, THREE MINUTESSSS. They answer and I immediately start goin off about what?s goinon. They say they?re going to give her a call. 3 minutes later the lady pulls up and doesn?t say a WORD. No hello no apology nonothing. Just opens HER carrier bag and looks at me. I said ?you want me to pull the pizza out your bag?? She shakes her headyes. Lol never again. Never again. And to top it all off the food was DISGUSTING. I will be sticking with my papa johns fromhere on out. Please avoid at all costs. Not worth the headache or bottom level ?food?. Read more
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza three weeks ago and it took them 2 hours to deliver it. Within a... hour and half of waiting for the pizza I canceled it. Quantasia from the store said I would be refunded within 7 business days.Never got my money back. The manager is useless as well. I called asking to speak to a manager and I was told he would call meback. Never got a call back. The store should shut down and everybody lose they job. Read more
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived at 11:28 pm and the 2 workers refused to take my order. The young... lady got an attitude when I wasn't a pickup order, aggressively grab things with an attitude. The young man ignored mecompletely. She said it's almost 12 am. Disrespectfully took another customer because he was a pick-up. Please hire new staff. Read more

THE WORST DOMINOES EVER !! THE MANAGER IS SITTING ON HIS PHONE IN FRONT OF ME NOT HELPING , ONLY ONE PERSON HERE SPEAKS... ENGLISH!!!! I ordered a Brookie & it was BURNT TO THE CRISP & completely uneatable , so Ofcourse I came back & they are makingme a new one !!!!! I've never had a problem with the food being prepared or picking up on time. The owner doesn't have change in the register and... there are no signs posted that you need exact change. That is pretty much like stealing. If you can't give me change tell meso I can pay by card or bring in exact change. I now have a .68 credit I'll be applying next time I go there if I go back.Just tell people you don't want to get change there is no more change shortage that's just lazy. Read more
Ordered online and said ready on the app 12 minutes ago. Still waiting for my pizza and here with another customer and his order... was ready a while ago too. Idk why they they sooo slow and if they are please inform us on the app. Read more
Never will order from here again. Took a hour and a half to be delivered and on the app said it was delivered to different... address. When we finally got it the sandwich was supposed to be Italian and was just greens and cheese. Queso dip was hard andnot dipable at all. Place never answer answers phone .
