I have been waiting over 3 hours for my order. The app says that my order would take 45 mins. I am currently on hold and have... been on hold for about 55 mins. There is no way to cancel the order. I have tried reaching out to corporate to no avail. This isthe absolute worst place to order from! They deserve negative stars! Read more

None of the workers had on gloves! Everyone touched the food with their bare hands. one employee was actually eating and making... orders at the same time. I don?t know why I came back after the employee dropped her air buds in my pizza she was making. Wecould see her. She cleaned the buds at the sink and commence to continue making the pizza. I order Dominos for my employees for working hard. This dominos located at Bergen St will not answer their phone when you place... an order online. I pre-ordered at 9am and it is 12:22pm right now. The delivery has not been made and it took over an hour tohave someone answer the phone and not hang up on me. This is with me calling through employees' phones so the 'manager' doesn'tsimply see my caller ID and ignore it. She hung up on me at least 4 times. On the next 2 calls she hung up again making it 5times and on the 6th call she claimed she couldn't hear me. I told her I would be speaking to corporate and asked for her namesince she claimed she was the manager but refused to give it. This is not the first time this has happened and it will continueto occur. My card has been charged & I will dispute it immediately & I hope corporate gets involved because this is truly ashameful experience. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service. This will be my first and last time coming to this location. Now I ordered my food from the car and 13 minutes later the app... said it was done. Now I go inside to get my order and the employee said that it wasn't done. I'm like how tho. So a few otherpeople were waiting for their orders as well. Some ordered there's earlier prior and it still wasn't done. There isn't a activemanager at this location and you have at least six, seven people cooking food and the orders aren't done?!? Make it make sense.Oh yea I did snag some pictures too. As you can see, the workers don't have boxes organized. When the food comes out, they boxup the food and stack them on top of each other and then ask "where's this order, where's that order" and have to scramblethrough all the boxes they put on the counter. I just put an order in the Domino's pizza at 1068 Bergen Street newark nj 07112 I called to rectify the situation but they were... not able to help me to my satisfaction. In addition, I was overcharged for items ordered. Instead of applying the mix&matchdeal, I was charged for everything individually without a receipt delivered. Part of the order was incorrect. I ask for arefund and the answer of the store was nule. I received a callback from the same person that make the mistake in therestaurant! Incredible! Read more

This is a shame. This is supposed to be a chicken pie. There's literally 1 piece, " ONE PIECE " of chicken per slice and you... guys missed a slice. What possible excuse is there for this? I hate that I can?t choose another dominoes. They are the worst in NJ! This particular time i asked for garlic parm wings.... Please somebody tell me what this is? It doesn?t even look edible and no one answers the phone.
