I only get good service on certain days & times. There is 1 professional lady that works there. & on certain days in the... evening between 7:30pm-8ish pm, there is a male that rudely tells you to come back later. One day I sat at the drive thru for 10minutes, before he acknowledged me. Once I drove around, I saw him sitting down, looking on his phone. So be prepared to go toanother Dunkin Donuts for better service. Read more

Terrible service! Waited forever in drive thru line and was given the wrong order. I repeated the order at the window and still... they got it wrong! Realized it 20 min later, and had to return to get correct order. Waited forever again. Get rid of those 2lazy employees you have there on Sundays. They are messing up your business big time. This is the best Dunkin in town. They have great customer service and best coffee. I love getting my iced coffees with oat-milk... from there, caramel macchiato, donuts and let's not forget about the twisted cheese bread. Products taste fresh and like someonemade it with love. Read more
First went through drive-thru wait for about 10 minutes keep saying hello, no one answered. Then after going inside She is... saying that she is not taking order but she is on clock, also there is another csr but she said same not taking order when onclock.
