Worst Dunkin I've ever been to, if 0 stars were possible I'd give it to this location. Had a mobile order to pickup, came for it... 15 minutes later. None of the items we ordered were available. Staff were very immature, making jokes and being veryunprofessional about not having our order. They also did not provide a refund for an almost $10 order that was not fulfilled. This Dunkin? Donuts is located next to an auto parts store. Well, the people there are very sketchy looking and it doesn?t look... safe at all. So I didn?t want to park but tried the drive through. Well, the worker at the drive through said in a veryuneducated voice that they were NOT taking any orders in the drive through and I would have to go inside. I thought that wouldbe a bad idea and left. Nothing looked wrong with the store, no signs that said drive through was closed. I think the employeeswere lazy and didn?t want to do their job. I rarely give one star reviews, so yeah unfortunately that mean?s that when I do it?s for good reason. Long story short, no one... answered at the drive thru and After waiting in line for 10-15 minutes behind just THREE cars in over 90 degree weather, I justended up leaving and the line seemed to stay the same even after i had pulled off. Drive thru I use go here alot when Danielle was there. She was very nice greeting and taking your order. I stop going because of... the rudeness, long lines and when you order no cheese they still put it on there. I am allergic. I had to trash it. Wasting mymoney. Some staff need to be trained. This is the Dunkin in my area so I always try to support but this is ridiculous. I ordered my food today and literally had my... order repeated back to me, just for me to pull up and 3 items out of my order was not there. The cashier doesn?t apologize justgive me a dry, ?well they didn?t put ur order in?. No biggie, I go back around the drive thru to get my toast that they forgotto put in the bag& Waited an extra 20 minutes for them to serve me a burnt Avocado toast. Y?all have to do better!
