DD used to make good donuts. It's been a few years....sad to report that the palm oil that they now use produces a bad texture... & horrible aftertaste. The lady substituted my order and didn't ask me if if I wanted the substitute because she couldn't figure out how to put my ice... matcha latte in the system. The people that work here are not suited to work in fast pace environment. There should absolutely be no reason that with five... people working it should take 15-20 minutes for a regular coffee and this is every single time. Most of the customers areemployees that are running on a time schedule either on a short break or just trying to get something to eat and that doesn?tconcern the employees at all. I asked this place for a cup of water for a 2 year old because all fountains were closed off and Nirali the cashier replied ?we... don?t have water?. I didn?t realize cheapness was an illness. I work at EWR and I come there a lot. This place only hires Indian ladies that do not know enough English to understand what is... said to them and frequently do not give me what I ordered. I order the same thing all the time and each time I get it made adifferent way. Sometimes the coffee is too sweet sometimes it doesn't have cream and as someone else reviewed in the past thebagels are old and hard on a regular basis. They can't even get mobile orders done correctly! I don't have too many choices at3AM when I'm there before I start work so I have to deal with this. Other places in the terminal open up later so later on inthe day if I need coffee I get it there. Read more
