I go to Dunkin all the time. They never seem to get my decaf hot coffee right. It always dark as hell. Consider 5 cream and 5... sugar I would expect my coffee light not dark. They always have an attitude when I ask them to remake it. Dunkin Do Better. Read more
I think I just witnessed some of the worst customer service ever in morning . Awful drink, took them 20 minutes to make a simple... coffee, manager wasn't even doing anything. Love DD this time of year. Break out the Pumpkin Lattes, and any coffee drink you can turn into Pumpkin heaven.
Staff is friendly, fast, efficient. Everything was great. They offer a nice variety of doughnuts etc. The only "negative"... comment I will share is that I was really hoping to dine in with my 2 small children. It was raining heavily. We had alreadywalked 6 blocks. When I asked to use a table they said they don't allow you to dine in, even though there is a large dining roomand there are seats available. Of course repectfully we received our order and vacated the premises with slight disappointment.I didn't see any signs that indicated that the dining room can't be used. I suggest they put up a sign so Patrons know ahead oftime. I hope they take my suggestion. ???? Other than that, I will continue to come to this location. If you're looking for fastservice go here! I hate to be that person, but I feel this is important. Why is the store open until 7 and they are closing 20minutes early? I?ve... walked in a couple of times and wanted to order and they said they were closed. If you?re going to lie, at least lock the doorand be more believable. Convenient to downtown Newark but not clean, not kept well, the seats have been converted into a barricade formation in front of... the cash register, so no chairs to sit (due to those who would sit inside daily and never leave), no bathroom (due in part tothose who might drink alcohol or get high on drugs in the bathroom or overdose). The staff who work there must be mentallystrong to see all that and deal with people who are not in the best mental health. Give credit to them. But it's definitely nota place you can sip your drinks and coffee with donuts. The counters to stand to drink or eat are dusty w food particles. It'sgood for to go items only. No charging stations for your cell phone either even though there are many wall sockets. They aredisabled. There is usually a pan handler opening the door to this DD for change. Parking is very limited as you have to pay at ameter and watch the time to make sure you don?t get a ticket. Read more
OMG ????!! DUDE! I bought myself a rare treat, Coffee Cake Muffin, last week right? Normally, When I bite into it the top is... hard { I thought that was normal ????}...
