The management is horrible. I ordered AND PAID for 6 garlic knots and they only gave me one. I asked for the rest, and they... refused to give it to me. Hands-down one of the best pizzerias I?ve ever ordered from. Let me tell you, their wings, phenomenal. Their pizzas?... Mouthwatering. Now let?s not forget their pastas.. many people think oh you?re really going to order pasta from a pizzeria? Onlyfrom this pizzeria because I always order there Penne Ala vodka with chicken. The chicken is grilled to perfection, The sauce isamazing as well as the pasta itself I give it a 10 out of 10!! I placed an order through DoorDash from this restaurant and my order was confirmed. Once the DoorDash driver arrives to the... restaurant to pick up order, I unexpectedly receive an notification that my order has been cancelled. Why wait til the driverarrives to then cancel my order?? The order was placed way before the alleged closing time. This is highly unacceptable andunprofessional. I waited for over an hour to receive a notification of my order that my order was cancelled. I also checked withDoorDash and the agent stated to me that restaurant closed when the driver arrived. Mind you I also checked online and it statedthat the restaurant was still open. I will never order from this place ever again. Such a distasteful way to treat customers. Read more
I ordered a pizza at 5:59 for pickup. I got a notification saying my order was complete and went in to be told that they had not... even started my order. I waited until 7:20 when my order was complete however they did not give me what I asked for. I ordereda meatball pizza and when I looked at the pizza before I left I noticed they gave me a sausage. I brought my concern to thecashier and he told me that they ran out of meatballs so I decided to use sausage. It?s frustrating because how are you goingto change an order without consulting the customer first. Over an hour wasted just to get the wrong order. Very disappointing?. Read more

Good place to quick pizza. I can?t say their pizzas is best, but it?s good. The employees are good and friendly.
The eggplant rollatini was gross. The pizza is ok, everything is average. The food quality is supposed to be much better at this... price point judging by other similar priced restaurants. The people answering the phones are constantly unprepared to take downorders and/or answer questions about the food. I've worked in the restaurant business for over a decade, front and back of thehouse, and I know it doesn't take much effort to have a pen and notepad ready by the phone at all times. The people answeringthe phone should also have some idea of what's on the menu, rather than having to run back and forth from the kitchen to askquestions. If the chef can't/won't make sated vegetables as a side dish just because they're not on the official menu, you needto hire a new chef. Get it together, Giovanni! Read more
