I (used to) love this place! The drinks vary in terms of quality, which is not too bad. The atmosphere is great and the spot is... beautiful. One of my favorite study spots for sure! I will not give another star though bc for many times I went to the placeand it was closed. The owner doesn?t take the time to change the hours on google. So I call every time before I go, if someonepicks up I do if not I don?t. Also, the outside area is very, very dirty. Read more

Great owners, workers are always so nice (one guy who works there often is so attentive to customers and making sure they have... their drink to taste), great hours of availability, I've spent so many hours reading and studying here. I LOVE that there arevegan options. Read more

I hate when people say this bc it?s so over used...but this is literally the epitome of a ?hidden gem? It?s exactly what you?re... looking for. Can?t believe I?ve passed this countless times. Quaint and Quiet (until I walked in) but it?s such a vibe. if it?sfor you, you immediately feel you got it right upon entry. Smell of coffee affirms the taste. The options are limitless theyhave a limited edition menu that is worded perfectly. The bubble tea was tasty. I like places that make you feel comfortable toask questions if you?re wanting to extend your palate. They have a back yard and front outdoor seating area which looks cool tomeet up and potentially talk more comfortably.Parking is plentiful. Because of the pandemic, many small businesses are considering their next steps. When the opportunity presents itself, I try to... support them any way I can. I stumbled upon Intrinsic Café in Newark, NJ, and I was so happy I did! Their front patio and openbackyard space are cozy and inviting, great place to kick back and sip/eat your troubles away. They are accommodating in everyaspect for this day in age: food selection, outdoor space, and service. These are fine qualities to possess in any business,even more so for a gem like this. Take some time to meet Wanny and Claude-Alix, the owner and manager respectively, ofIntrinsic Cafe. They were wonderful, patient and always happy to see a friendly face. This cafe is super cute and right in Newark. I have been here once before and might have found my new spot for studying when in... Newark. The vegan options for milk are very expensive. It?s a whole extra dollar for almond or oats milk substitution whichsucks. Read more
