Decide to order from this location. Setup a time for delivery 6:15pm 2 hours before this time. The pizza did not arrive under... 7:45pm. Attempted to contact the store before the delivery came and the manager was totally unprofessional. The manager answerthe phone "ugh papa John's" who answer's a business phone like that. Did not seem to be concerned about my issue and say it willget there when it gets there. By the time we got the items they where cold and it seem like it was made on time just never gotto is on time. I ordered from this store and they got nothing right. The only reason I?m even giving a star is because I was delivered some... type of food. I received a pizza ....cut incorrectly with maybe 2 pepperoni?s on it and a mushroom on the whole pie that Iordered to be covered in both toppings. They didn?t include the drink I paid for and didn?t put the sauce I ordered in thebox. Not only that, when I called to see if they could resolve the issue who ever answered was of no help, said someone wouldcall me back and it?s now the next day and I still haven't received a call. If someone called me back and offered an emailedcoupon for next time or something of the sort I would have been happy with that, but I didn?t even get the call back. Neverordering from here again. Edited review because customer service was improved tremendously. Currently Good customer service no fussy manager. Received... wrong order and they replaced it with no drama. Pizza was hot and loaded. Read more
