Small, cozy restaurant with simple but tasteful decor, friendly and professional service, honest and well-made Brazilian food.... Restaurant is overcrowded with tables. Was not greeted at the door; young unexperienced waiters. I ordered a seabass and... received farmed branzino. Steak was a little to salty. Portions were smaller. But overall food was good. Read more
This salmon is nothing like I've ever tasted. A party of flavours with a choice of two special sides. I picked deep fried... bananas and green collards which was also the suggestion of my waiter. The salmon was grilled to perfection, the lemon addedtaste and looks. The staff super friendly and welcoming! I'll definitely go back to try other dishes. Read more
After arriving at Newark Airport around lunchtime, we decided to visit the nearby historic Ironbound District for some... Portuguese food. Based on the reviews, we decided to try Sabor Unido and we're really glad we did. The food, service and thewarm, friendly, family vibe were all fantastic. We enjoyed grilled sea bass and squid, both of which were excellent andperfectly prepared - as were our sides of mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and fried yucca! Our server, Letitia, was lovelyand professional, and we had the chance to chat for a few minutes with the owners, who treated us like "regulars." Just an allaround great experience! I cannot recommend this place enough. My friend wanted Brazilian. I did a Google search and said, "let's go here I have a good... felling"???????????????????????? well kudos to my feelin!! What a great place. Food was phenomenal!! And I love Orlando!!! Hesaw I need to wipe my glasses and came over with a moist towelette!!! And to think we just had tapas!!! So we are definatelymaking this a go to spot!! And next time we start working through the menu one by one. The food was amazing and there was excellent service. My friends and I got the shrimp in garlic sauce, which came with two sides... of your choice, and the grill chicken. The sweet potato fries were AMAZING had to get seconds. I highly recommend this place.The vibe was very intimate and relaxing with great music. As for drinks, the Brazilian Guaraná soda is a must have. The portionsizes are also very reasonable considering the price. Read more
The restaurant is well sized and well staffed. The food is fresh, the environment is inviting, and their staff is friendly and... attentive. I definitely recommend being a little adventurous and going outside your comfort zone. They will take care of you. Read more
