I wish I had read the reviews before stopping here, because they?re totally accurate. None of the pastry products on display... looked like actual Starbucks items, yet the pricing was the same. The muffin was like half the size of a normal one. I assumethey?re doing the same they the coffee, because I got a latte and it was either all milk or had such awful coffee that theflavor didn?t even appear. Won?t be coming back. Read more

Lack cream based beverages.
Horrible customer service. I understand they are short staffed, but people are also waiting on delayed flights with screaming... toddlers. Everyone should be a little more compassionate. I waited over 20 mins for my drinks and I simply asked where I wasin the queue. No response, just a look. Even when I ordered, so much attitude, if this is not your career of choice, find anew one. Even attracts some nasty customers...maybe it's just cuz it's Newark. Read more
April 2022 ? no purple color for the dragonfruit drink May 23, 2022 ? no strawberry bits for the mango dragon fruit refresher or... the pink drink. I know it allegedly tastes the same but it alters the experience of the drink! Terrible at stocking inventory. Read more
Slowest Starbucks on Earth. Be prepared to wait. Multiple people had to leave before they got their order. The staff had zero... sense of urgency and was incredibly rude to everyone. They made my order wrong and then complained to each other when I askedfor it to be remade. Awful customer service. Read more
