I got a salted caramel cold brew and they filled it partially with water because they ran out of cold brew. Then gave Irish... cream foam. Also very slow for an airport. Took almost 30 minutes from ordering and it costs more than normal Starbucks. Read more

This is not an actual Starbucks. There is really nothing in here that pertains to coffee. They sell milk, mostly. Every drink is... 90% while milk. Maybe they add some flavors, very little espresso, make it hot or cold. That?s it. It is not coffee Read more

I was served with a friendly attitude. Got my usual cup of Pike Place and a delicious sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Odd for... EWR, you can still order from a human being, an American worker at Starbucks. Everywhere else you have to do everything viainstalled iPads. Annoying and stupid. Read more

Worst Starbucks I?ve been to - asked for xtra macha and they charged for it but didn?t give it - the sandwich they gave was... bread and pesto with NO cheese and tomato ( as advertised) in total paid over $17 for one medium macha and one sandwich- had toask twice for the sandwich - while watching 4-5 workers laughing and talking amongst themselves- horrible & never again! Ordered a Blonde Misto at 7:22am. At 7:45, and after being passed by dozens of people, I asked the ?barista? if my order was... coming up soon. Rudely, I was told ?I don?t know? [mumble, mumble]? I don?t know, why don?t you go get a refund?. The cashier, shockingly, was even less helpful! Her ?customer service? included no apology, no comped drink or offer to make it right away, and no sympathy. With my flight about to board, I simply asked for a drip coffee to go, which, again, went un-comped. I get it,working the early shift at an airport Starbucks is probably not the job you wake up energized to go and perform. But, thereality is that there?s no way that this crew of ?team members? behaved, acted, or align with the values and customer servicevision that Howard Schultz imagined when establishing the greatest coffee company in the world. If there were zero stars, I?dgive it to them. I should?ve gone to World Bean instead. Read more

S-L-O-W !!!! Frequently a very early visitor to this location, I can't seem to get a simple coffee and breakfast sandwich in... under 25 minutes. Where is the oversight in this place?? Check the productivity rate! Especially at the 5:30-6:00 a.m. hour. Theworkers are working, but they're working like nobody's waiting. No sense of urgency. They are apparently short staffed. Thislocation is obviously making a lot of money at this hour so they can afford to pay one or two more people. Note, I have triedeverything to get my food in a reasonable time. I have ordered while still in my hotel room to get here and still wait!! Notcoming back until I see more than three people behind the counter. Read more
