I've changed my rating for atmosphere because i visited this morning (approx 2 hours ago) and i ordered my usual (small coffee)... then walked to the restroom. Now the restroom is usually ALWAYS clean, however, after I've washed my hands i start using theirturbo hand dryer and GUESS WHAT? A HUGE ADULT COCKROACH WALKS TO THE FRONT OF THE DRYER FROM THE LEFT BACKSIDE OF THE MACHINE!!!I tried to grab my phone quickly 2 snap a picture but it has crawled behind the dryer machine I'm assuming! So NASTY! In thebathroom there's a locked door that I'm assuming leads to the kitchen possibly but i know the kitchen is on the other side ofthe part of the wall, so did that cockroach come from the KITCHEN? I can ONLY IMAGINE the cleanliness state of the kitchen ifthere are ADULT SIZED roaches in the CLEAN bathroom!! Now the bathroom is usually clean BUT YES they could use better cleaningmethods but that's not why that cockroach was in the bathroom! It's because it obviously came from the kitchen!! Read more
I went there because Altas Horas did not have more coxhina. I ordered 4 coxhinas and they were all bad. The chicken was old, it... smelt like fish. Those coxhinas weren?t fresh. It was a waste of money, and I was very dissapointed Read more
Horrendous customer service even speaking in Portuguese they don?t get the correct information. Waiting for the past hour and a... half for my food to get delivered even after correcting them on the incorrect phone number. Then consistently calling them tosee the status on the delivery and they hang up. Joke of employees do better suave. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Read more
Literally ordered food, took forever, and people that came after me got their food. It would literally be faster for me to drive... to New York to get food and come back here. Bring XPLACE back. They had your order down in like 15 min. This place is goingdownhill. Read more
Saw three cockroaches while I was eating. Told the manager who didn?t seem to be impressed and was unapologetic. Needless to say... I will never come back and recommend you to stay away. Hopefully I won?t die of food poising tonight. Read more
Very good place for food! Their X-tudo is so good. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that sometimes their food can... taste a bit stale, like if some of their ingredients are a bit old. But this has only happened 3 times out of 10. I still gobecause it's so good. You just gotta mention it so they can change it! Read more
Never been one to post complaining about a restraunt but i was disgusted by not only the food we received but the staffs... disrespect at Suave Sabor in Newark NJ on Ferry Street. When i approached the waitress about the food and told her that the foodwas filled with molded cheese and that?s absolutely disgusting, her response was ?i?ll have them make another one? no sorry oranything as the other staff laughed in our faces. We told her we weren?t paying and we didn?t want anything else. I completelyunderstand a mistake is a mistake but there?s no way our plates of food was in 3 different peoples hands and not one noticed it.WE RECEIVED TWO PLATES LIKE THIS WITH MOLDED CHEESE? I've always been a soft flavor customer, but they just lost another customer. I went to buy crepes and they wanted to charge me... $15,50 for the chicken in the catupiry. Being that you buy a roast chicken with fries,rice and salad for the same price. Let'shave a sense of ridiculous, raising the price of your food is one thing,now getting your hands on the people is another. This iscalled dishonesty! Read more
