I absolutely love this place. I am in love with their cow feet soup and oxtail dinner. You will not regret spending your hard... earned money at this Caribbean restaurant. Also, their customer service is great and will keep you coming back again and again.I also tried their curry goat and if you are the typical islander that loves the kick in the curry you will enjoy this dish aswell. Okay so I?ve been meaning to try this place for a while and shame on me for not trying sooner! The first time I came I had the... jerk chicken and omg yum the food was so good even the cabbage was cooked with love and if you know like I know some jamaicanrestaurants don?t put any live into that cabbage but NOT sun island they season everything to a T. Today I had saltfish and itwas the BEST I?ve had in jersey! They also accommodated my order and I?ve never had a place offer to do what they did. On 8/15/22 I went here for lunch and it was Delish ...I ate half of my large brown stew chicken and my son destroyed the other... half???????????????? So I went back today 8/16/22 and was so so so disappointed...the fried chicken was floury...the cabbage washard n crunchy and the plantains was so dry ...I'm NOT eating this food ..I'm so upset .
