Asked for cheese fries although they weren't on the menu, expected a no, they made cheese fries for me. Such affordable prices... for quality service and food. I came to ?Mega patio? today for the first time along with friends and family thinking it would?ve been a good time in this new... spot especially with the nice patio they have. Horrible, this is our first and last time that we step foot into this place.First, the tables they have there are next to the dumpster that was very smelly, bugs everywhere. Why would they put a dumpsterwhere people interact with one another, eat and drink. Second, I had sat next to a pole but the waitress told me to move my seatbecause ?it was easier for her to serve?. We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks to come, mind you that it was 4 Snapple?s,one pineapple smoothie and a orange juice. Finally when the drinks came, she let all the drinks fall splashing me with juice.That can happen and I do understand but the way she responded afterwards with attitude and she made it seem that it was ourfault that has happened. She still had the idea to put gratuity on a bill of $19.30. When I told her about it she responded withan attitude saying if it was my first time at a restaurant I thought it was ridiculous of her added gratuity to our order on topof that. The establishment is beautiful, the food quality is fantastic; the problem is they?re misinformed on what Penne W/ Vodka sauce... is. They served me Alfredo sauce, and when I questioned the manager she said, ?this is our vodka sauce.? The server was sweetbut they should teach him proper server etiquette. Love the food, it taste so good and it's not a lot of money. The waitor/waitresses are nice and understand your order. The... drinks are sooooooo good and incredible. I love mega patio. Other than their "Francesinha", the food here is nothing to write home about, to put it in simple terms, it sucks. I go here for... two things only, to have a caipirinha and their outdoor seating. Their coffee is pretty good too. Other than that, I avoid thisplace. It's a shame because this is in a great location with great potential but managers don't seem to know what they aredoing. Cool atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, food and drinks were good.
My experience was not only bad once but twice. The waiter was rude. He kept bringing me the wrong drink. Half my food wasn't... fully cooked. The waiter even pretended to not speak English but when his friends showed up he was speaking the language fluent.I don't see myself going back to the restaurant. Read more
So sad to have a bad review because the food there is good and also the place but it?s the second time I go since it opened... again and both times was the same - I went for a pizza rodízio and both times they just had 3 flavors and no sweet options andeach time they invented a different excuse for that. So... that makes no sense for a rodízio. I was hoping to eat well and havea good time but it was 15 minutes that I lost looking for parking for nothing. Read more
