Finally gave Halal guys a try! As a middle easterner, I'm not easily impressed with levantine restaurants, but this place is not... bad at all. I went for the gyros/chicken combo platter; it's good. The white sauce has a mayo-like taste, not exactly the bestmiddle eastern sauce I've had, but it does compliment the dish to some degree. Service is quick, but street parking can be ahassle. I wanted to give this place another try after the first fail and I really should have stayed away. The staff is nice quick and... efficient but the food just isn?t good. I tried the lamb gyro. The meat is shreds which should have been the first sign. Then itwas dry and fatty if that?s even possible. It also had this after taste that I couldn?t get pass. I like a lot of white sauceand would have liked a packet but that was an extra $1.00 on top of the $10.95 sandwich. So I had them go heavy on the sauce. Ialso got some hot sauce. Thank goodness the worker warned me that it was super hot. I only got drops and sure I will regret itlater when I use the restroom. I love halal food and have had some GREAT lamb gyros. This has to be one of the worse tastingmeats I have had. For that NOOOOO I will never return. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. This place deserves ZERO stars. We Ordered three gyros, a platter and PAID for extra white... sauce(in addition to the sauce that come with the meals). My order arrived with NO SAUCE at all. The fact that i paid extra oneach meal to receive more sauce and not get 1 drop is crazy. I then called to inform them about the error and the guy thatanswered the phone didn?t apologies the only words were ?call in the morning when the manager is here? then he hung up thephone. Very unprofessional staff, extremely disappointed. I will no longer order from this place. Food is super dry without thesauce and the lettuce taste old. Can?t even eat it. Read more
Food is excellent! Setting is nice and sanitary,But, some of the workers need a lesson in courtesy and if possible a pair ... hearing aid or two. Beyond the faults, it's a nice place to grab a good meal. Read more
