Our experience here is almost always bad. The drive thru rep is always rushing your oreer the food is luke warm and they close... the window so fast you have to beep to ask for anything more like ketchup etc. Read more
By far the worst Wendy's experience ever. Waited on the drive thru line today for over 20 mins when finally got to the order... kiosk place my order and when i reached the window to pay the worker tells me she doesn't see my order and that i had to go backaround to the drive thru to replace my order. Blows my mind to even think the rational behind this. We ask to speak to themanager and she was also clueless all they could say is "sorry we dont make the rules you will have to go back around the drivethru to rejoin the line." Really?! I visit Wendy on 8/20/2022 & had the 4 for 4. I enjoyed my meal. Nice and hot delicious. I went back on 8/26/2022 and the meal... wasn?t as good as it was previously because I felt like I received a kid?s meal with the new size cup. Really Wendy?s? That wassuch a put down. Please return the original cup size although that was a small also. Read more
Always got a line and the people who take your order are not polite. They have 2 windows but frequently only use one. Food is... usually piping hot though which is a good thing and they don't usually mess my order up. Read more
Louie R at the the Chancellor avenue location was attentive and got the line moving when it got busy. He was courteous and... aware and kept his customer service not only at his highest level but went above beyond to also make sure the orders were filledcorrectly, I will come back aging just because of the service Read more

If I was able to give minus starts this place will be at -100000 starts. My husband went there to get a triple baconator,... nuggets and bacon cheese fries, after repeating the order 3 times the lady who took his order said I got it, when he moved up topay they say it was $18 but this is what he usually orders and its always +$20 so he asked what did she put on his order and ofcourse everything was wrong? He repeated the order again and when he moved up to get the order OF course everything was wrongthey took it to change it and OF COURSE still gave him the wrong burger + a soaking wet on oil bag and the bacon and cheesefries were a soup of oil and cheese with 3 fries inside. Needless to say now there?s a stain of grease on his car seat, he isallergic to onions so he had to throw out the burger? Read more
Either they need to flush out the crew members entirely or they need to shut this location down. I went here yesterday and... ordered a JBC (Junior bacon cheeseburger) and a small fry and they gave me a chicken sandwich and medium fry. The fries wereDISGUSTING. It took me a while to go back to that location but Never will I EVER go back again. Read more
