This was an online order. The food was cold. The wings were undercooked and soggy despite asking for them to be well done. The... flavors and sauces were mediocre. If I could give it no stars, I would. The only positive thing I can say is the food wasready when I got there 10 minutes early, but I guess that explains why it was cold by the time I got it home. The food is great. However, customer service is always necessary for a customer to return. This place lacks making people feel... comfortable and most important welcomed. If individuals do not like their jobs they should quit and seek employment where theyeither don?t deal with people or a place where making people feel welcomed is NOT a requirement. 1 thing I'll say is they get a lot of business here. So much that when I arrived they told me if I wanted wings with the bone in... them it would be at least a 30 minute wait because they were filling so many borders. I said wow!!! They said boneless would bemaybe a 10-15 minute wait so I opted for the boneless. I got a 10 piece with drink and fries. I sat down by the window andobserved the surroundings. Inside had delivery drivers in and out, but it was peaceful and quiet. There were a few hobos in thecomplex. Free parking lot. The establishment is decorated softly with old pictures on the wall as well as on the tables. Plentyif space inside. You get your own fountain drink here. I ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic wings...I didn't know they weredry rub but it was ok..I'm not going to complain. I wanted wet wings but I enjoyed the spot. Friendly staff. Last time I was here the service was great. However this time. They for got a 10 piece wing order. Thankfully I checked my bag... before I left the store. I feel if I would have gotten in the car they would not believe me. I had to wait an extra 15 minutesfor my second order of wings so the first one was cold.
